I am a mother of two adult sons: Leroy, 31 and James, 27; a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; a pastry chef; a retired outside construction and FIOS Technician for Verizon Communications; and am now a full-time entrepreneur. 

“Prior to being introduced to this business opportunity in August of 2019, my dream was to own a storefront bakery after having an online bakery for five years. Even after starting my business, I was still focused on opening a brick and mortar, but I was also focused on this business as well. 2020 was a pivotal year and changed the face of the world. My online bakery had to be closed temporarily, but my marketing and travel businesses continued to flourish and grow throughout the year!

“It’s amazing to look back 28 months ago and remember why I started my business and today see that my WHY has changed drastically! MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS MARK & JEAN HARRIS!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Mark and Jean Harris to the 20/20 Club! Mark and Jean are from Belleville, Illinois. The two are true believers in the concept of TEAM, Together Each Achieves More. Jean joined the travel business in 2017, but only as an ITA, as the two of them love to travel. When she heard how much money she was leaving on the table each time she researched and called someone else to book their trips, it didn’t take much for her to join the travel business. But, as many of their friends and others saw how much traveling they were doing and how much fun the two were having, their interest was piqued and Jean then joined the PlanNet business and began introducing this amazing opportunity to others.

Mark and Jean love to travel. More than anything, the two love to cruise. This has been their joy since they met on a cruise 18 years ago. They have cruised 25 times since and look forward to the six they have booked. Cancun has also been their annual island get-a-way where they can just relax and soak up the sun. They enjoy spending time and traveling with family and friends, laughing, having fun, and making new memories.

The way they achieve success in PlanNet Marketing is to stay plugged in as much as possible. They can’t get to everything all the time, but do take advantage of those growth opportunities they can plug into. Sharing the business is another plus – they are not afraid to tell others about the opportunity, and don’t take the “No’s” personally.

Jean and Mark are both employed full-time, Jean an Accounting Manager with the Department of Veteran Affairs and Mark in the medical field at Davita Dialysis, so it becomes a little challenging at times. But they believe with them both working together to build, they push each other and are one another’s in-house accountability partners.

They both look forward to retirement to work their business full-time. Jean will be retiring in the next three years and looks forward to building the business to bring Mark out to enjoy the retirement days with her. Mark and Jean have been married for 16 years, and share a son Anthony, age 31. They look forward to him joining the business someday, as he loves to travel and thinks of his mom as his personal travel assistant.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARILYN HENDERSON!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Marilyn Henderson to the 20/20 Club! Marilyn is from Albany, Georgia and currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida. She tells us, “I am a graduate of the University of Florida. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as well as N.O.B.L.E.  (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives). I retired from the Florida Department of Corrections Inspector General’s Office as an Assistant Chief of Investigations in August 2017.  However, I have recently returned to the Inspector General’s Office as Chief of Investigations.  I have a son who has blessed me with a 12-year-old granddaughter.

“I love spending time with my family and friends, volunteering within the community, attending professional sports, and of course, traveling. I love traveling to Jamaica with friends, as well as the Bahamas. I have enjoyed visiting historical sites within the United States. 

“I have achieved success in PlanNet Marketing by taking advantage of attending/participating in any event I am eligible to attend; this has helped me tremendously. Reaching the goal of becoming a member of the 20/20 Club is due to having a great Sponsor/Director and my willingness to be coached. Every day I am learning new tips/strategies on how to be successful in this business and the additional steps I need to take to become a Director. My support team has been instrumental in keeping me focused. Each day I take the time to do something towards reaching my goal of becoming a Director. I have truly adopted “No Days Off.” My work is not just for myself, but to also help the individuals/families I have shared this opportunity with achieve their goals.
