1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Peru, IN, raised in Kokomo, IN, and currently live in Pittsboro, IN (just outside of Indianapolis. I am a wife, mother of five, and grandmother of 24 (soon to be 25)! I love music, playing games, and watching movies. I am no stranger to network marketing. I have been in eight network marketing companies in the past 13 years, and five years with PlanNet Marketing, making a total of 18 years in the network marketing industry. In the past I have had small victories, but nothing like the success I am having with PlanNet Marketing.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since being with PlanNet Marketing, I have grown in so many areas such as personal development, consistency, coachability, loyalty, dependability, being available, and learning how to lead my organization. I am so grateful to my Coach and Mentor JP Watkins, she has been a Godsend to me in my journey to One-Star and I know she will be essential to my goals of continually going up the ladder to Nine-Star Director.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am driven and motivated by each new level of success I reach, and my organization's successes as well. I am also motivated by the excitement, desires, and goals of new business partners to learn and grow their business. It is so exciting every time I help someone reach a new level.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Coach JP Watkins has been and is an excellent role model for me on how a woman can have success in the network marketing industry, how we grow continually, and how a woman can still be a lady but be a great leader.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Competitive, Humble, and Resilient.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't Quit, be Coachable, be Consistent, and Believe in yourself!!!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I am a Five-Star Director, I have received the Rolex watch and the diamond ring. I am a Director maker, I've helped six individuals become six-figure earners, and have an organization of over 7,000 active on my team.

Here in the Midwest, we had a couple of warm weekends leading up to Thanksgiving and just about everybody was outside putting Christmas lights and decorations on their houses and in their yards. I just love driving around town and seeing these beautiful holiday lights glowing and lighting up the streets. Even more than seeing the lights though, I really enjoyed watching the people. Couples and families and neighbors – all outside enjoying the weather, working together and spending a few hours to shine some light.
As happy as the holiday season can be for many, it can also be downright tough for others (especially after the year we just had!) 1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in New Orleans and now reside in Northeast Louisiana (Monroe). I have one son who keeps me on my toes. I absolutely love to travel, and this is my second network marketing experience; the first one did not last one full year. Thankfully, my newfound love for travel at the time has allowed me to stumble on this opportunity where I traveled more than I have in my entire life.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown so much in my people skills since joining PlanNet. Relationships are most definitely the new currency, so learning that in my personal development has brought me a long way.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My son motivates me to keep going and pushing daily. What drives me is the freedom I seek for myself and how this opportunity changed so much in my finances which reminds me that so many others need this!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I consider Natalie Graham a role model because of the power of manifestation. I consider Lorie Banatte a role model for her sweet/loving spirit. I consider Orlando Moore a role model because of his commitment in serving. Lastly, I consider Donald Bradley a role model for following through as a visionary!
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Resilient, Consistent and Leader.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Never give up. Don't let your why be your why not.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
My life looks like FREEDOM; retired or close to it and working by choice. I will have my first home, rental properties, duplication among my team, and will be nothing less than a six-figure earner. "I did not come from a wealthy family, but a wealthy family will come from me!"

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Liz Kinsella-Jones to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “Born in Cheshire, UK, I spent my early years in Cape Town, South Africa and Salisbury, Rhodesia. At the age of eight, we returned to the UK and settled in Southport, which is on the northwest coast between Liverpool and Preston. I trained as a chef and quickly moved away to London for work. I returned to Southport when my marriage failed, with my two young boys (both still babies really), 21 years ago. We started a new life and eventually met my husband, Glyn. My travel experiences have never been more than family holidays to all the usual places: Spain, Greece, Northern Europe, the Canaries, NYC, Orlando, California, the Caribbean, Mexico, Dubai and Australia. I had no industry training until July 2020, when I joined PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel. I do have to say since joining, my bucket list has more than doubled.
“I have previously tried various network marketing companies without success in team building. I always felt silly, plus I have never been a lotions and potions kinda girl. But something just clicked eventually with PlanNet and the team I'm a part of. I have an amazing Upline in Karen Love who has been extremely patient with me and has shown me what can be achieved by listening and mostly following the advice of the Director Uplines. My tips would be to be coachable, stay consistent and stay plugged in even when you feel like you're getting nowhere. There are people watching you, so keep going. Also, never take yourself too seriously. If you get something wrong, learn from it for the next time or the time after that; because who cares what people think of you? They aren't going to pay your bills or pay for the days you want to take off with your children on your extra income! FIND SOMETHING TO LAUGH ABOUT EVERY DAY.”
