THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: CINDY STOROY
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
As a first-generation American born to Nigerian parents, I was born and raised in Denton, Texas and currently live in San Antonio, Texas with my husband and business partner, Aaron, and our four beautiful daughters. We love to cruise, play volleyball, and karaoke as a family. We are very blessed to have achieved the PlanNet Pledge in our 8-month run to Directorship because now our girls understand the motivation behind our journey...their future and welfare. Building an enterprise over the past year was both exciting and unnerving.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
As a Director, I love to mentor and coach my team, but what I've also found is that they mentor and coach me in the way they teach me valuable life lessons each and every day. We have the most educated, most militarily-affiliated, and most innovative team members in the travel industry and meeting each and every one of them has been a blessing to our lives.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives and motivates me is the idea of seeing people's lives changed through this business opportunity. When I hear the stories of how someone came from humble means and used this business to level up, or when I hear stories about the short-term sacrifices people made for long-term vision and goals, I thank God for bringing this opportunity into my life.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is my mother and business partner, Joy Ikeme, a natural-born leader who always knows what to do and when to do it. She never shies away from a challenge and believes that all people, regardless of their mistakes, deserve a second chance. She embodies "impossible is nothing" because she believes that anything is possible and she passed on that idea to me.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Compassionate, Mentor, and Girl-Mom.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Resolve to have no regrets! You want to open a business? Do it. You want to go skydiving? Do it. We are only given one life in which we never truly live life to the fullest. No more playing small to make others around you comfortable...live life on your own terms, to the fullest, and watch everything else fall into place.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
God willing, five years from now, Aaron and I will be Six-Star Directors continuing to help business partners start their businesses and running alongside them as they chase their American dream.
CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER DANIELLE GALANTE!
CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER ERICA ROWE!
CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER STENIKA WILLIAMS!
MEET NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBER LAURA ALLEN-DAVIS!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Laura Allen Davis to the 40/40 Club! Laura was born in Louisiana, spent her early years there, but then relocated to Davenport, Iowa, where she currently resides. She says, “My interests include traveling, spending time with family and friends, music, writing, reading, and flower gardening. I currently work for a managed care organization for Medicaid, and I have a small rental property business where I rent out homes to underserved communities and families. Just for fun, I also participate in jewelry vendor events when I can.
“I love, love to travel. I have been traveling for the last 25 years to numerous cities and states, as well as abroad. Travel is my passion. I travel to the Caribbean Islands often because I love the people, the ocean, the food, the beach, the music, and the warmth! I love everything about it! One of my most memorable trips was spending ten days in Australia! I was able to spend time in the metropolitan area, the countryside, and the outback. I was able to meet descendants from the Aboriginee people.
“I am very grateful for this opportunity I have with PlanNet Marketing. I have been able to meet and become friends with some wonderful people! I opened my PlanNet Marketing business in November of 2019, however because of life situations, I didn't do much with the business until about August of 2020. I sat down to write out some goals for myself. One of my goals is to retire early and travel, of course! I had an "aha moment;" it dawned on me. I can use my PlanNet Marketing business to help me achieve that goal.
“I believe achieving success in PlanNet Marketing means staying plugged in, being coachable, consistent, and committed. I am very fortunate to have a fabulous team of other PlanNet Marketing members and leaders that pour into me daily! I'm lucky in that I have multiple mentors I can choose from! My friend, One-Star Director, and the person who introduced me to this opportunity, Cameron Dawson, has been paramount in my success. She is a great example and role model. She is achieving success, so I learn from her, I duplicate her efforts, she leads the charge, and I follow the leader. I don't try to reinvent the wheel, there is a proven process already in place. So I implement that process in my business daily. I DO SOMETHING with my PlanNet Marketing business every single day. Other leaders encourage personal development, education, training, fellowship, guidance and support. I'm so humbled and so grateful to have people around me who want me to win! I don't take that for granted. It's not like that in every business, and I know that.
“I attribute my success thus far to being coachable and hungry to learn all I can, and operating with integrity. I have a giver's heart; serving and helping others in whatever way I can is my purpose. PlanNet Marketing lines up with that, allowing me to help others by offering them a chance at financial stability and financial freedom, or whatever their goal might be. I am humbled that others have trusted me enough to go on this journey with me. Nothing makes my heart smile broader than a team member who at first didn't think they could rank up to Bronze or Silver, step out of their comfort zone, and start to believe in themselves; there is no better feeling. I'm right where I should be. I genuinely want others to succeed. I make it about them! If I can help one person believe in themselves, if I can help one person be successful, if I can help one person win!....It all comes back full circle.
“A fun fact about me is the very first time I flew on an airplane, I was six years old. I flew alone from Louisiana to Cleveland, Ohio. At that time, I was the only person in my family to have ever flown on an airplane. Needless to say, I'm still flying!”
PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES NINE NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBERS!
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TIMEKA BROOKS!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Timeka Brooks to the 20/20 Club! Timeka is originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and currently resides in Gonzales, Louisiana. She tells us, “My interests are helping others and elevating my team to success. I have traveled to many different places both domestic and international, but Jamaica is by far my favorite place to vacation.
“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing by remaining consistent, coachable and diligent with my goals. Give yourself daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and stick to them. Obtaining success is not a difficult task. Work your business everyday. Put in the work and you will see the results.
“A fun fact about me is that I love to sing and shop. I’m also very competitive. If you ever doubt me, you're only setting yourself up for disappointment!”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER ALEX KEEL!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Alex Keel to the 20/20 Club! Alex tells us, “I am a native of the great state of North Carolina, currently residing in Powder Springs, Georgia. I grew up on a farm and learned to be independent at a young age. I joined the Navy in August 1988 and served 21 years, 10 days of active duty before retiring in 2008. I have been employed by the federal government since 2009, and I continue to serve our country and our military veterans. I am a graduate of Saint Leo University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
“I love to travel, and I enjoy sports and fishing in my spare time. I have a passion for being better today than I was yesterday and will always strive to bring excellence out of myself and anyone else around me.
“I am loving my PlanNet family and am excited to continue to learn from the awesome leaders in this business. My advice is to stay in direct communication with your upline, building that confidence, staying consistent, being coachable and showing up for your success as part of the team.”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MONICA POOLE!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Monica Poole to the 20/20 Club! Monica tells us, “It is truly an honor to reach this milestone. So, just a little about myself...I am originally from a small town named Lineville, Alabama. I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. I am a full-time social worker and work my business on a part-time basis. My interests include traveling (of course!), spending time with my boyfriend, friends and family, and trying new things. I have traveled to various places such as Vegas (my favorite so far), New Orleans (my second favorite), Savannah, Gatlinburg, Panama City Beach, Jacksonville, Michigan, Virginia Beach, Myrtle Beach, Biloxi, Washington D.C., Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Arizona, Gulf Shores, and Pennsylvania.
“I joined PlanNet Marketing two years ago and don't regret it at all. The business was introduced to me by my sponsor, Two-Star Director Lekia Wallace, who has been an awesome support and constantly challenges me. My advice as a networking representative at PlanNet Marketing is to remain consistent, coachable, stay informed, and practice duplication and work-life balance. I reached this milestone by always introducing the opportunity to people, being consistent, and pouring into my team.
“A fun fact about me is I love trying local foods when I travel.”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER OLIVIA STOKOE!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Olivia Stokoe to the 20/20 Club! She tells us, “Hiya, I'm Liv. I am 24 and am from Newcastle Upon Tyne in the UK and have been in the business for eight months. My interests include social media marketing, fitness and European city breaks because I am obsessed with soaking up the local culture, especially the food. I have travelled to Amsterdam four times and explored Prague last year with a group of friends from university. Since joining this company, I've been able to take my first long haul flight to Dubai, which was a dream trip of mine.
“My biggest piece of advice for success is to connect with your community and take advice from the many mentors around you, even if they aren't your direct sponsor. Find someone you aspire to be like within the business, ask questions and be a sponge. Also, something I had never practiced before this business was personal development and self-love. Be your own biggest supporter, have that glass of Prosecco for the smallest achievements because you deserve it, and you will attract more positive experiences as a result.
“Develop your mindset every single day – I've learnt in this industry that we all have the same opportunity, but mindset is everything and will separate the best from the rest. I live by the quote 'if you think you can't, then you won't’.
“Finally, some fun facts about me:
I have used a hair mask every day for the past six weeks (while staying home)
I’m going to be a dog mom this summer to a little French Bulldog
I am obsessed with avocado on toast 🥑
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER BRITNEY ROBERTS!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Britney Roberts to the 20/20 Club! Britney is from a small town in east Texas and currently resides in Longview, TX. She tells us, “I'm a single mom of a princess named Brinleigh who means the absolute world to me! I'm a dental hygienist by day and travel professional by night.
“Travel has always been a strong passion of mine but I never knew I could make money doing something I love to do! With this business, I have been able to travel the world and take my daughter, family and friends with me! In the past 12 months alone, we have safely taken over 15 trips and are still counting!
“I am achieving success in PlanNet Marketing by staying focused, staying plugged in and following the system in place!”
MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER TATIANA TUCKER!
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Tatiana Tucker to the 20/20 Club! Tatiana is from Washington, DC and currently resides in Hyattsville, MD. She says, “I love to travel, coach competitive cheerleading and hang out with my two sons, ages six and one. I have traveled all throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
“Since joining PlanNet Marketing, I will say the best way to achieve success is to follow what your successful Directors are telling you to do. Also utilize social media to connect with people who you would not otherwise have connected with before. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Two fun facts about me are (1) I met Ceelo Brown at the Hard Rock Cafe in New Orleans and (2) I have coached competitive cheerleading for 20 years.

COMPLIANCE CORNER
Training is important – and it’s required. When you sponsor another Rep into PlanNet Marketing, it’s your responsibility to train that person to be a Rep. You must perform bona fide assistance and training to each of your new Reps to ensure they are properly operating their PlanNet Marketing business. It’s important to keep in touch with your team because that communication from you – their leader, helps keep them focused and on track. Reps who don’t have support often don’t stay focused on the business. They either do nothing (earning no income for themselves or for you) or they choose to stop paying and leave.
What does this “training” look like? It could be a one-on-one sit down in your home or at a local coffee shop, or it could be a small group meeting with you and several new Reps. It could be a weekly phone call or Zoom, an email you send to check in on them. Texting your individual team members or sending a message on social media works too. The training and assistance offered will look different for each of you. The purpose is what will be similar – to provide support, encouragement, and any training/assistance your team may need.
You are also encouraged to help monitor your downline to ensure your team of Reps do not make improper product or business claims or engage in any illegal or inappropriate conduct. If you see one of your Reps doing or saying something you know is wrong – make a point to tell them quickly and quietly. No one wants their mistakes outed to everyone on Facebook or to the entire team on a conference call. But it’s important to handle the matter quickly so no wrong information gets out to the public. Find a way to quickly handle the matter, but be kind and understanding with the Rep.
If a Rep doesn’t change something you know is wrong – whether it’s a post on social media or a poor business practice – if you spoke to your Rep and they didn’t change their ways, just send an email to me at Compliance@plannetmarketing.com. I’ll contact them as well, and together we can work to help them find a compliant way to handle their business.

CONGRATULATIONS TO JASSY MC BRIDE FOR ACHIEVING THREE-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO AMY BECKETT FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO AMECA COOLEY FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
CONGRATULATIONS TO QUOEDA LEWIS FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Tonya Christophe for achieving One-Star Director! She tells us, “Everyone knows me as “Shea.” I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and currently live in Southaven, Mississippi, which is four miles south of Memphis.
“I love life! I want to see the world and I want others to see it, too. Outside of travel, I enjoy leisure reading and I’m growing to enjoy reading as professional development for my business. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes (especially desserts). I am what some would call an “old soul” so I love old school music from artists of the ‘80s, ‘90s and early 2000s. I also listen to motivational messages and sermons via YouTube. Some of my favorites are Priscilla Shirer, Sarah Jakes Roberts, and Eric Thomas. I am active in my church and my sorority. I have a passion for helping people succeed, which is why I love being an educator. I recently discovered the beauty in yoga as a form of exercising the mind and body.
“I have always enjoyed traveling. When I was younger, my grandparents called me “the navigator” because I would randomly rattle off directions when we were driving in the city or on the highway. I took my first solo plane ride at seven years old. By the time I was 13, I had already visited 14 states plus Canada by train, plane, and automobile. I was raised as an only child by a single mother so she and my grandparents did their best to expose me to sites beyond my own city. One of the reasons I started my business is so my own children would have even more travel experiences than I had as a child. I want my son and daughter to have more memories and adventures than things and trinkets because memories last a lifetime. I am a planner by nature and I am often called on by family and friends to plan events and trips. When my family experienced its first destination reunion onboard the Carnival Glory., out of 41 attendees, only 11 of us had been on a cruise before, so it was a fun and exciting time for our family. My greatest joy was seeing smiles on the faces of my family.
“I have been an educator for 25 years, so my experience as an entrepreneur was limited. I did not have Directorship in mind, but the 2019 International Convention changed my mindset. I saw something greater for myself, my children, and those who were directly and indirectly attached to me. There were times I felt as if my journey to Directorship was taking much longer than others who started this business around the same time as I did. I believe that everything happens in due season and achieving Directorship is no different. When my season came, I kept my head down and focused on finishing what I started. All gas. No brakes!
“My grandmother used to remind me as a teenager that it’s okay to play copycat as long as you copy the right cat. I would tell others, stick close to the leadership of this business and listen with open ears. Duplicate as often as possible (it’s the best form of flattery you can offer to your leader). Build goals for YOURSELF. When YOU win, others win by default. Never be satisfied; always want more and always expect it!
CONGRATULATIONS TO STEFANIE THOMPSON FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Stefanie Thompson for achieving One-Star Director and the 40/40 Club! Stefanie was born in Savannah, GA, grew up in the small town of Lincolnton, GA, and currently resides in St. Augustine, FL. Stefanie says, “My interests include traveling, spending time with family, listening to music, especially jazz, classical, R&B, and gospel, exercising, watching sports, cooking different dishes, and meeting new people.
“My travel experiences include numerous cities in the United States, and I have lived in Chicago, Louisville, Cleveland, and Alabama. I have often enjoyed traveling to the Caribbean islands, because I love the people, blue water, food, and live music. I enjoy attending symphony and jazz concerts along with comedy shows and live music performances. One of my most memorable trips was touring and traveling to Canada and the New England states and seeing the cranberry farms of Vermont.
“An opportunity like PlanNet Marketing doesn't come along very often. It is a gift that has been provided, and it should not be taken for granted. I believe achieving success in PlanNet Marketing encompasses the three C's – being coachable, consistent, and committed. Although we all bring life experiences and knowledge to this platform, if it is something you have never done before or have never been successful in doing, it is imperative that you find a successful coach/mentor who has done it! Next, you want to execute! It is all about finding the "Simple Daily Disciplines" that are productive and repeating them daily.
“Achieving success quickly in this business comes from "no nonsense" leaders who provide structure and support. They lead by example with patience and by working in the trenches with you. They encourage personal development and guidance to help us understand that in order for things to be different, we have to DO something different.
“A fun fact about me is that I am a former jazz musician who played the trumpet in college.”
MEET ONE-STAR DIRECTOR TONYA CHRISTOPHE!
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Tonya Christophe for achieving One-Star Director! She tells us, “Hello, my name is Tonya Christophe, also known as ‘Momma Tonya” within the business by the millennials. I am 53 years old. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and am married, a mother of three and two grandchildren. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, and I am also a private health care provider. I love the thought of helping people. I started this business a year and a half ago. I call it my blessing in disguise because my husband and I were in the process of searching for something that would heed us passive income. We didn’t want to solely depend on Social Security once we retired. I work PlanNet Marketing on a part-time basis, which will soon become full-time within the next year.
“My passion is to make a change in someone’s life, such as single parents raising kids alone or the youth who are transitioning into adults that have had early stumbling blocks in life. Regardless of their circumstances, my goal is to showcase that there is a way out with the right guidance.
“Growing up, I have always been an adventurous kid. I love to go places and experience new things. Since joining this business, I have met so many new friends and business partners. I have had the opportunity to travel more than ever. Last year, I went on at least six vacations. No more traveling once or twice a year for me! I will be scratching off some of those things on my bucket list. Whoop! Whoop!
“I achieved success by keeping my eyes on the prize. I am an extremely competitive person by nature. I genuinely believe in the energy from the earth. I knew right off to stay away from anybody who displayed a negative vibe towards me. Always be genuine when it comes to doing business or helping others. This business revolves around building relationships with people.
“The way that I achieved success was being COACHABLE. To be a great leader, you must learn to be slow to speak and quick to listen. I never doubted anything that my leadership presented to me. I knew from the jump to stay close to my upline. Did I ever have my down moments? Yes, I did. There were a few lazy and frustrating moments throughout the journey, but I knew not to let the process punk me out of my blessings.
“A huge fun fact about me if you really get to know me is “I’m a BIG kid at heart.” I still love to skate, dance, joke, play games and most of all, enjoy the simple things of life.”
