1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Manchester in the UK, which is where I still live with my fiancé, Josh, and our Labradoodle puppy, Waffle. My hobbies are travelling (obviously) and experiencing new cultures and cuisines! I love anything fashion-related but my background is Property Development – which I still do alongside my PlanNet Marketing Business.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Personal development is part of my daily routine and the main reason behind both mine and my team's success! I am a huge advocate of being a lifelong learner, learning doesn’t stop at school and neither should growth. People don’t grow by accident, they grow by design. With personal development and this amazing opportunity, you really can design yourself and design your future. Success never just happens!

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am driven everyday knowing that I am creating a life of financial and time freedom for myself and my family. I can say I am truly motivated by being able to teach other entrepreneurs how to realise their true potential and use the strategies we have been given to create their own dream life for themselves and for their families!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I have many role models in my life – but in this business, my role models truly are the other leaders within my organization in the UK, it’s hard not to win when you are surrounded by winners and it’s hard not to succeed when you have access to the community that has been created to help each new business partner thrive!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Grateful, Disciplined and Focused

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
In the words of one of my favourite speakers -

Who are you now? Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it powerfully. Then act upon it!

In other words – be clear with your goals from the offset, be intentional with your desired outcome – and then work on it every single day, because a goal is just a dream without MASSIVE daily action!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
ABUNDANT – I am financially free with full-time freedom, travelling the world with my family whilst running my PlanNet empire. I’m also helping thousands of others to become financially free and to live life on their terms!!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MONICA DILLIHUNT!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Monica Dillihunt to the 20/20 Club!  Monica is originally from Memphis, TN and currently resides in Madison, AL. She tells us, “I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a dual degree in Psychology and Biology; Mercer University, where I received a Masters’ in Education; and Howard University, where I received a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Counseling. I am an active member of my church, sorority (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.), and the Order of Eastern Star. I am an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and the International Historiographer / Statistician for the Women’s Missionary Society of the AME Church. I am a dog mom (Maxwell) and an avid NFL Football Fan – “RISE UP” Atlanta Falcons, to be exact – and I do love the home team Tennessee Titans. In fact, I am a three-time first place Fantasy Football Winner. I also referee volleyball for the Alabama High School Athletic Association.

“Through my involvement with the church, relationships built with people in the church, my family and my career, I have had the opportunity to travel to 45 of the 50 states in the US, as well as Copenhagen, Denmark, Brussels, Belgium, Sweden, Johannesburg, South Africa, Canada, all across Germany, all over the Caribbean and Costa Rica. These experiences made me want to see and do even more! Because of my love for family, helping others, learning new things and travel, becoming a member of PlanNet Marketing only made sense. 

“Not only did owning the business make sense in meeting my dreams of seeing the world, but being able to get to the point of leaving a legacy for my family and having residual income to help take care of parents is a no-brainer and definitely my next goal. I am in the second half of my life and it is time to be completely financially free. This is what drives and pushes me to get to the next level. 

“I didn’t get to this point as quickly as I would have liked because, in this business, you have to remain coachable and “get out of your own way.”  I was coachable, but I was in my own head. I wanted to “figure it all out.”  I struggled with that for a long time. I have learned to trust the process, work the business, learn the business (listen, read, journal), duplicate what you see being done, and stay plugged in. For so long, I wanted to make it more complicated than it is. Let me be clear, it’s not easy, but it’s also not complicated. Life will throw you some curveballs, but you have to learn to turn those into growth opportunities. If you don’t have obstacles, you aren’t doing things right. Because nothing worth having ever came without a challenge.  

Lastly, I would say believe in yourself and give YOUR business the same amount of dedication and determination that you do for the other things you do in life. It’s YOURS – why not make it the best?”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER RACHEL TOPPING!

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Rachel Topping to the 20/20 Club!  Rachel says she is from “a beautiful little coastal town in the North East of England called South Shields, it has the most amazing beaches one of which is a Blue Flag and is probably why I love the beach so much.

Obviously I love to travel, that's a no-brainer, and I do it as often as I can! One of my main interests is reading. I’ve always loved to read since I was little, but when I joined the business, I swapped James Patterson & Mandasue Hellar for Eric Worre & Jordan Adler. I also love spending as much time as I can with my family, I'm one of six and we are all super close.

“I was very fortunate as a child to go on a family trip every year, but my actual travel experiences on my own didn't start until later in life when I booked my first big trip at 21. I remember saving up for so long to go on a trip of a lifetime to Mexico. I thought it was going to be a one-time trip and experience but once I went, I was hooked! Following that trip, my priorities completely changed and going out and wasting money didn't seem like the fun thing to do anymore. Since then, I've been back to Mexico three times and it's also what I specialise in, too. I've also travelled to Jamaica, Cape Verde, Turkey, Hungary, Spain, Amsterdam, New York, Belgium, Dallas, France, Berlin & Florida. 

“I am achieving success at PlanNet Marketing with sheer determination, focus and guidance from my team leaders! I've recently had a total shift in mindset and became a lot more coachable. I see all the leaders in this business doing such amazing things and I know it's not down to chance, it's down to hard work and short-time sacrifice for long-term gain! I've been setting myself smaller, more achievable goals, ones that I can also control, so rather than saying ‘I'm going to get 20/20 this month’ (which I said and failed so many times)...I said ‘I will make sure I send the BP to x amount of people this month, I will double the amount of interactions I have with people,’ etc. and doing those activities, amongst others, then helps to grow your team, if you want results, you have to take action. You need to keep plugged in to everything this company has to offer. It’s so easy to get caught up with everything going on around you during difficult times, but how you react in these situations will determine the position you're in when you come out the other side, so I chose to push myself further. 

“The thing I love most about this business other than the fact it’s changing lives is the friendships I have made. I am surrounded by the most amazing, positive and influential people who have come from all walks of life and backgrounds, and I'm so grateful for that. The culture and support from the team keeps me going and pushes me to do better every day.

“A fun fact about me is that I was married on a TV show which now airs on Netflix!”

PlanNet Reps are NOT Travel Experts – and that's OK!

PlanNet Marketing Reps are amazing marketers – their job is to sell the InteleTravel ITA product. The Rep should have some knowledge about the product they sell, but they won't give specific directions for booking travel, earning travel commissions, or other travel related matters. If you buy a car from a car dealership the salesman can give you some basic information about the car, but they won't give you step by step instructions on changing the oil or fixing the transmission, because that isn't their job.

The InteleTravel Agent should know about booking travel, earning travel commissions, completing various levels of certification, etc. I know that many PlanNet Reps are ALSO InteleTravel Agents. Why? They see the value of the product they are selling. That doesn't mean that every person who is a Rep and an Agent is a travel expert or is booking travel actively for others. There are also some Reps who choose NOT to be Agents. There are also some Agents who choose to only sell travel and not pursue a Rep business with PlanNet Marketing. That is each person's choice – each person can choose to be a Rep only, an ITA (InteleTravel Agent) only, or both!

Reps - make sure you’re supporting your team members. Both Reps and Agents need your support, but in very different ways.

 If you're a Rep who has sold some new ITAs and these Agents are looking for expert help and advice – make sure you help them get what they need. Connect them with an InteleTravel Ambassador or help them reach out to the expert staff at InteleTravel. Be really clear with these Agents that you are a Rep, and not a travel expert, but don't leave them hanging out there alone! InteleTravel offers amazing resources for their Agents – point them in the right direction to get the support they need. 

If your downline Reps need help building, training, presenting, advertising, etc. – show them the steps to take to make their efforts successful. If you don’t know those steps – talk to your sponsor or your upline Director. There is always someone ready and willing to assist. As always, PlanNet Marketing’s fabulous S-Team (Support Team) is available to help too.

Whether you’re a travel expert or travel novice – you can still sell this amazing product, earn commissions, and grow a successful team. We’re all here to help. Success is worth the effort. You can do this!
