MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR AND 40/40 CLUB MEMBER LASHAUNDA CROCKLEM!

LaShaunda-Crocklem-mini.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director and 40/40 Club member LaShaunda Crocklem! LaShaunda is married to Derrick Crocklem, Sr. and is a mother of seven! She tells us, “I’m just a city girl with dreams bigger than this universe, but always keeping GOD first! Since I was young, I knew God would use me in ways unimaginable!

“I’m a nurse, mom, wife, sister, auntie, and a friend to everyone. I have a heart of gold! I plan to continue to conquer obstacles that some said I would never do! Motivation is my drive, success is my purge, but most importantly, GOD is my ROCK in a weary land! My favorite scripture is, ‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declared the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’ I know with GOD nothing is impossible!”

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: ADONNA MACON

Adonna-Macon-Spotlight-July17.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Malvern, AR, home of Scottie Pippen. Raised nearby in Arkadelphia, AR, I lived in California for about 30 years before moving back to my birth state in North Little Rock, AR. I enjoy traveling, of course! I also enjoy fishing, learning new things, dancing, and listening to music of almost any kind. I am a member of the 20/20 Club, a Gold Plus member and a March Madness winner. I have reached the level of One-Star Director in just over two years and am racing toward Two-Star Director! This business allows me to make my mortgage payment on my new home!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Oh yes indeed! A change of attitude and mindset! You can't blame anyone for your lack of success in YOUR business. If you don't develop yourself personally and grow in emotional and business intelligence, don't plan on having success in your business.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I have always been a driven person, thinking that you should always be elevating yourself. I think drive is an innate trait inside me so that always keeps me motivated about whatever I am pursuing. When you reach a goal, don't settle for staying there! The biggest things that motivate me are my family and helping people. Those reasons are why I can never give up and never QUIT!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My late aunt, Ruby Peters, inspired me at four years old to become a nurse! I watched her focus and hard work to finish school to provide a good life for my cousins as a single mom much of the time. She was my nurse when I needed immunizations to start kindergarten. I never forgot that…I am a retired Registered Nurse!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Caring, Driven, Passionate.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Work on you! The key to success in this business is how well you can personally develop. Show up for everything you can, read, take notes, be coachable, and success will come!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will be debt-free. I will be able to keep my family secure and safe! I see myself at Six-Star, on my way to Seven-Star, earning a seven-figure income. I will have helped many, many families achieve financial freedom. I will own that vacation home in the Caribbean because of the financial security provided by this business.

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES ALICIA CALASCIONE TO THE 40/40 CLUB!

4040club_Calascione.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Alicia Calascione to the 40/40 Club! Alicia shares, “Hitting 40/40 in PlanNet Marketing is the equivalent to ticking off one of the destinations I’ve always wanted to go to on my bucket list. I’ve always been very fortunate and blessed to be able to travel from a young age, surrounded by my family who always told me I could achieve anything I put my mind to and dream big. We went on holidays to Florida, Dubai, Spain, Miami, Cyprus, New York, and Malta, just to name a few. As a family, being well-travelled on these getaways during school summer holidays was my idea of freedom when I was younger!

“But saying ‘Yes!’ to this opportunity was fueled not just by my love for travel, but passion for community and giving back. At the age of 21 and not going to university, I witnessed hands-on what the corporate world looked like for me – having multiple jobs.  Although everyone's walks of life are different, I always knew I wanted more. I knew there must be more than working until I was retired to do the things I wanted to do now, and also give back to my loved ones.

“I craved the freedoms I had in my younger years and as soon as I realised that PlanNet could give me this…no matter how long it took, I was going to get it and then help others do the same.

“There is no way I would have ever gotten to this point in my journey, working full-time as a Two-Star Director with my team, and now a 40/40 Club leader, if it wasn’t for the ongoing, consistent support from my upline and TPL team and resources. Surrounding yourself with people who truly reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel – this kind of energy is infectious. I truly fit in here and found my tribe.

“There are no secrets, there are no fast tracks, everything you need to succeed in this business is right in front of you. My advice to anyone reading this would be to trust the process. Realign yourself with your why and never look back. Accept it won’t be overnight, but know if you continue to work hard enough for anything, eventually you will succeed!“

“I am achieving success here at PlanNet Marketing by simply staying CONSISTENT in my work and definitely spending time with God about my business, asking for guidance and direction. Believe in yourself DAILY and strategize and plan for the future. Another thing that has helped me with this business is SETTING GOALS. Set attainable goals and mark them off one by one.

CONGRATULATIONS TO MEGAN HUGHES FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Megan-Hughes-1Star-Announce.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director Megan Hughes!  Megan will be 25 on Sunday, and she grew up on a small peninsular near Liverpool, UK. She has since moved to North Wales.

Megan tells us, “I have a background in acting, so I have always loved the thought of living life differently. The 9 to 5 life has never appealed to me, despite it being the "norm;" I always knew that it just wasn't my path. On my 18th birthday, I jetted off to Uganda, where I spent three to four weeks travelling around and helping in schools and communities. This trip changed everything for me, as I soon realised that I learned more and grew more as a person in those few weeks than I did in my 14 years of school.

“After graduating from University, I was back out travelling again. I was so desperate to leave that I didn't even attend my graduation. Although I loved travelling, I hated the work I had to do. And of course, I had to work to travel. After 3 years of "work, save, travel, repeat" around the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, I came across this business. Twelve months on and my life is so different. This is my full-time income and I am 100% location independent. I couldn't be more grateful for this business, and mostly my wonderful team and mentors who have become such a massive part of my life.

“The two biggest tips I can give anyone is to…

1. Stay organised! Make a spreadsheet, write everything down, track your statistics! The moment I started doing that, my entire organisation changed.

2. Make a decision and commit to it. Don't let anything or anyone tell you otherwise. Don't "hope" or "wish"...DECIDE!

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR STEPHANIE COLE!

Stephanie-Cole-1Star-article.jpg

Meet new PlanNet Marketing One-Star Director Stephanie Cole! Stephanie tells us she is 29 years old and has been married for two  years. “My parents were both teenage parents and I was raised in a small community called Dumfries in Eastern St. Thomas, Jamaica. I currently live on the Western side of our island in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I am the eldest of my three beautiful sisters. I love to travel, love helping children become literate, and love live concerts!

“My travel pastime has taken me to states such as South Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, and to New York City. I’ve also traveled to Hamilton and Calgary in Canada. The longest trip I have taken though is a humanitarian trip to Eastern Europe; Bosnia, and Croatia.

“My success in PlanNet Marketing is credited to three things: becoming coachable, following our success system, and truly learning how to help my team through personal development and duplication. If you want to become successful in PlanNet Marketing, you need a champion’s mindset! Your WHY is ever before you, you understand that objections and rejections will come, you have to activate that competitive spirit, you need to help your people, and most of all be so coachable that at any time necessary you will make that adjustment to get to your next level without making excuses.

“Some things that have helped me achieve that success are staying plugged in – I make it my business to always be on trainings and webinars, I now read the recommended books and not just write the titles down in my notebook, and I have activated that sense of belief that I can achieve the highest level within the company – that mindset was a game changer.

“Fun fact: I love going to the beach but I do not like going in the water!”
