CONGRATULATIONS TO DAYNA JEYNES FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Dayna-James-1Star-Arnounce-Article.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director Dayna Jeynes! Dayna is 24 years old and originally from South Wales in the UK, but is now living in Nottinghamshire. She says, “My interests have varied so much, but my whole background, from the age of six to 20 was within the arts and culture industry. I studied musical theatre and acting from a very young age, going on to work in the industry for a few years whilst living in London, and then moved out of the big city in 2018 to start a new adventure. Months after leaving that part of my life behind, this business fell into my lap right when I needed it the most.

“I had always travelled so much as a child with my parents, going to a new place at least three times a year – anything from weeks abroad to weekends camping in the UK. I've always loved hiking, exploring, and adventuring and missed that so much whilst living in a big city; then this business changed EVERYTHING for me.

“It opened up new avenues for TIME and FINANCIAL freedom that I never thought possible. I didn't know ANYTHING about this industry when I started. I didn't understand how I could create a business from my phone, but I did it because I knew I DESERVED more and I work every day to make it happen. The team I am a part of has truly changed my life!! They've supported me and my dreams from day one, they taught me everything I needed to know, and I wouldn't be anywhere if it weren’t for them and the people I’ve met along the way.

“BIGGEST TIP – your support network is EVERYTHING. You need people around you who get it – people who understand what you're working for and the highs and lows you'll go through to get it. Trust the process and do something every single day to step into the next level version of yourself, because success and your support network are out there!

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: COPHIA JACKSON

Cophia-Jackson-Spotlight-July3.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Born in Courtland, Alabama into a military family, I developed my zeal for travel through our voyages across America and through Germany as well. Eventually nesting in Atlanta, GA and finishing college, I began a career as a computer programmer for IBM and a part-time tax preparer before eventually pursuing my entrepreneurial endeavor as a traditional tax business owner of 15 years to date.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Driven by my passion and desire to defy all odds and overcome any obstacles I face; my arsenal was enhanced when I joined PlanNet. Of all the lessons learned by being connected to the PlanNet community, the most fruitful principle is that you NEVER stop learning and in order to be a great leader, you must learn to effectively follow.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Thriving by the motto “You Only Live Once,” I am motivated to provide my children, a 26-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son, with every tool and resource they need to pursue their own dreams while I continue to live my own.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Out of all of the mentors and role models in my life, my sister is the most important one. She has proven to be my biggest critic and my greatest fan. Like myself, her work ethic and tenacity are the secret to her success.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Compassionate, and Loyal.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
The best advice I have gotten and given is to be INTENTIONAL in everything you do. Intentionally desire to WIN against all odds. Intentionally be an overcomer.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
My five year plan is to become a Five-Star Director and help many PlanNet members cross into Directorship and create generational wealth.

MEET 40/40 CLUB MEMBER SASKIA WALKER HODGSON!

Saskia-Walker-Hodgson-4040-Article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Saskia Walker Hodgson to the 40/40 Club! Saskia shares, “I am absolutely thrilled to have reached my 40/40 promotion and would love to share a little bit about me. I am a mum of four, married to my amazing wife, and I live in Gorleston, Norfolk, UK and have been with the business for just under two years. I have four children – three still live with me and my oldest is living with her partner.

“I have four crazy pugs who are a massive part of my journey because they keep me company when I am working – they are my furry business partners! I love to travel and my top destination is the Maldives, and my aim is to be able to visit as many times as I want without worrying about the cost!

“I haven’t come from a network marketing background and found this business as a result of being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I have not looked back since! Along the way, I have grown an incredible team and I am not so far away from Directorship. I have made some amazing friends along the way: my coach and mentor, the amazing Sarah Boulter, has become one of my best friends and has been there for the highs and lows of my journey and has given incredible coaching and mentoring. I would advise anyone who is serious about the business to be coachable – it’s one of the best qualities you can have.

“My other other advice is to push hard no matter what, be consistent and show up for your business every day, even when you don't want to or it’s not a good day! It’s not an easy journey but anyone can do it with the right work ethic!”

Claire tells us, “I own a dance company, I am a dancer, a model, and also a single parent, with this as a sideline business. I have been lucky enough to have travelled the world with my dance company for over ten years. I have worked on cruise ships and in top luxury hotels as an entertainer, but I have now settled back in the UK to be a mother to my daughter. My favourite place and experience was Sri Lanka. I helped build houses for locals after the tsunami.

“I am achieving success through building my own brand and being true to myself, using an online platform but also face-to-face events. I definitely recommend doing videos explaining your passion, so people can hear it! Doesn’t matter how crazy or funny you are...just do it!

“Fun fact – not only do I dance, but I also play five instruments at grade 5 and above, my favourite being my saxophone!”

GREAT WORK, TEAM!
LET'S ALL SHOOT FOR THE STARS!

CONGRATULATIONS TO JESSIE CAVE FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Jessie-Cave-1Star-Announce.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director Jessie Jonathan Cave! Jessie is 25 years old, the son of Lugene Scarborough and Herman Cave. He grew up in the small town of New Zion, South Carolina, where he still resides. Jessie tells us, “My family is my WHY. I grew up in a single parent household. The importance of education was preached to us daily. I knew since my first job at the age of 17 that I did not want to spend my entire life working. I was one of those employees who tried their best to come up with something – and I mean anything –  to become wealthy. I asked the Lord above many nights to make me wealthy so I can be a blessing to others and so far He’s gotten me on the right track!

“Since my family couldn’t afford to take us many places, when we did get the opportunity to go somewhere, I was extremely happy. Just from small day trips as a child to Myrtle Beach or Hilton Head Island, I’ve always known that traveling is what I wanted to do. So far I’ve traveled to almost all 50 states and am currently planning to visit Europe in the summer of next year.

“I’m achieving success in PlanNet Marketing by doing the same things (income-producing activities) consistently. When my team and I sit down to discuss ‘What’s next,’ there is execution involved with goals and deadlines. We hold each other accountable. We push hard and leave drama off the table. We make sure the needs of people in our downlines are met and everyone is working toward a check.

“If you want to achieve success in PlanNet Marketing, you have to change your mindset. Don’t be surprised that when your mindset changes, your circle will change too. Always remember that where God is going to take you, everyone can’t go. Learn that this is a BUSINESS, meaning it’s going to have good days and ups and downs, but you have to keep pushing. Praise your team on a daily basis; let them know that you appreciate them. Remember if there was NO them, there would be NO you.

“Some things that have helped me achieve that success are praying daily, affirmations, reading and TRUSTING THE PROCESS. One fun fact about me is that I enjoy making people smile. A smile can change a person's day who is having a really bad day. Smiling brings about a sense of calmness and relief. My team can tell you every conversation with me they are going to smile at the end. Thank you to my amazing team of champions – JOB WELL DONE! Thank you to my amazing Director, Tracey Brunson, for that call on February 25, 2017 that changed my life forever!”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES RACHAEL MCKEOWN TO THE 40/40 CLUB!

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Rachael Mckeown to the 40/40 Club! Rachael shares, “I started this business around my 9-5 job as a way to earn from travel and to have something to excite me, as my day-to-day job just wasn't where I wanted it to be.

“Five weeks into the travel business, I joined PlanNet Marketing, and ten months later, I have never looked back!!
