On Tuesday, our Founder & Chairman Donald Bradley brought up a discussion on his book recommendation, As A Man Thinketh by James Allen. Mr. Bradley was joined on this call by Five-Star Director Ms. Eileen Ross, as they discussed a chapter titled ‘Effect Of Thought On Circumstances’ and how "Thoughts are things and you cannot separate things that you think about from your actual circumstance."  Mr. Bradley went on to discuss how this topic relates to our current life situations during this time. Take a listen to the replay and hear some great insights on this recommended reading by Mr. Bradley.

The recorded Morning Call is posted in the mobile app and in the Library in your Virtual Office.

THE PLANNET MARKETING SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: COREATHA KNOX

Coreatha-Knox-Spotligt-April17-revised.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN and it is where I currently reside. I am a single mother of two children, Shelden (15) and Skylar (11). My hobbies and interests are wrapped around my children at this time in my life. I thoroughly enjoy having the means to provide lifelong experiences for my children and this business allows me to do it on a grander scale.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
When I started my travel business, I had no idea how life-changing it would be for my family and me. The more I listened, observed, and attended meetings, the more I realized that there were possibilities for me in this business as well. What I thought I knew about leadership was challenged, what I thought I knew about myself was stretched, and what I thought I knew about success was magnified – providing a pathway for me to evolve personally, financially, and spiritually.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am the breadwinner of my family. I have two lives who are counting on me to model behaviors that they can follow and rely on. I have always been very passionate and assertive when it came to accomplishing set goals and attaining measurable success. I stay motivated because I want all of the things that God has planned for my life. I always say that I have to give God something to work with so whatever I put my hands on I give my best.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mother is my role model – she always has been. She is very compassionate, forgiving, empathetic, a peacemaker, a woman of immense faith and strength. It truly is because of her that I am who I am and for that I am grateful.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Nonjudgemental, Faithful.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Stay the course, Do not abandon your hopes, your dreams, or your goals; Get up quickly after a fall and fail forward.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I will be doing more of the same, but with much more wisdom, greater financial stability, broader experiences, impacting more lives, and living with deeper gratitude. I so look forward to the many prosperous years to come!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER JACQUELYN CORE

Jacquelyn-Core-2020-article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Jacquelyn Core to the 20/20 Club! Jacquelyn lives in Fairchance, Pennsylvania. She tells us she loves traveling, cooking, teaching tai chi, and spending time with her two sons, Jackson and Preston, who are 17 and 15 years old. They are both distance runners, so much of their travel centers around their meets.

“I have traveled all over the world, but my favorite country is Italy. I love the food, the culture, and the language. Having said that, my favorite city is definitely Paris. For me there is something incomparable about walking through the city where old Paris is still palpable. I also love the historic hotels of America. As much travel as I have done, I had never taken a cruise, so I was excited to go on my first cruise as a part of the InteleTravel Experience FAM offered in November!

“My strategy for success with PlanNet Marketing has been simple: Do the work. There is no secret. You have to be willing to talk to people about the business. Find what they need and provide it. Solve their problems with this amazing opportunity!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARCUS FLAKES

Marcus-Flakes-2020-Article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Marcus Flakes to the 20/20 Club! Marcus is a native Houstonian and currently resides in Houston, TX. Marcus has four children and tells us that his reason for joining PlanNet Marketing was to end his family’s traditional belief that education guarantees a bigger salary on a job, which has only proven to be stagnant activity over time without a Plan B.

He enjoys reading, researching, coaching, and motivating youth and young adults. He loves to travel to destinations that are cuisine-inspired as well as to luxury hotels and resorts. Marcus has traveled and sailed to ten different countries during his Naval career, which prompted his passion for exploring different cultures. To date, his goals are to travel more and network at the same time. “There’s something exciting about traveling and networking as a career,” Marcus says.

Upon joining PlanNet Marketing, Marcus said he knew PlanNet Marketing and Inteletravel were the opportunity of a lifetime, considering his previous years of experience in network marketing. Never before had he functioned in the travel space, besides his interconnected skills in hospitality and culinary arts. His recent success in PlanNet Marketing has been based on becoming a master inviter by leveraging events and meetings with flyers on social media. He also discovered that his national influence in small business was a way to attract like-minded individuals, using the laws of attraction through compelling quotes on social media. Right now, his goals are to coach his partners to produce duplication.

Marcus advises people to sell the dream of financial, time, and personal freedom along with the mission to eradicate poverty, and enables ordinary people to have the chance to help others earn an extraordinary income. “Building wealth is the number one reason I am here and I intend to take as many good people as I can with me,” Marcus says. His philosophy is that selling yourself first is the art of connecting with people, because travel sells itself and the opportunity to start believing and dreaming again is what the majority of people need. Turning a need into a burning desire with a profound ‘Why’ creates energy that radiates a person’s level of enthusiasm when sharing something that can change someone’s life. “The fact that I have taken ownership of this opportunity has made my business grow in as little as seven months from the time I joined and I’m just getting started!”

Marcus strongly believes his success thus far has been based on modeling various PlanNet leaders’ behaviors, especially Mr. Donald Bradley. He integrated other leaders’ postures and mindsets into his keen personality coupled with his prior experience in business and network marketing. His ability to model and emulate different leadership styles has personally redeveloped his skill to coach and mentor others on levels he’s never been exposed to in traditional business.

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER BETHANY HOLMES

Bethany-Holmes-2020-article.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Bethany Holmes to the 20/20 Club!  Bethany is from New Orleans, LA and currently lives in Birmingham, AL. She shares, “I work as a paraprofessional in the Birmingham school system. I am currently in school full time majoring in child development.

“I love travel! I have taken ten vacations this year so far, with more planned. After I graduate this spring, I plan to move overseas to become an ESL teacher. I plan to move every one to two years to a different country and take my love for learning to a new level. “The World is Your Classroom.” -InteleTravel

“My advice to PlanNet Marketing Reps is to love what you do, show that you love what you do, and others will be interested!”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Treat Your Business Like a Business

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

PlanNet Marketing proudly offers an opportunity for people from every walk of life to work part time or full time toward freedom, flexibility and financial independence. We want to help you design your ideal lifestyle. For many people, joining PlanNet as a Rep is a part time or even just an “any extra time I have” deal. PlanNet might be your Plan B, but if you want to be successful, you need to start treating this business as a BUSINESS.

How to Treat Your Business Like a Business:

1) Make a Plan. Not just a thought in your head type of plan either, write it down. Write down your goals for the next 30, 60, 90, 365 days. Write down steps to reach those goals – how are you going to find new Reps and sell ITAs? Will you spend money on advertising? Use social media to advertise for free? Figure out your strategy and then come up with some actions to carry it out. Create a list of what you can do each day to grow your business – contacting new prospects, following up with current prospects, connecting with your current upline or downline, planning to attend local or online events. A plan will keep you on track.

2) Create a Schedule. Businesses have business hours. You’re running a business, so set aside a specific time frame each day, week, and month for your business. Defining when you’ll do the things you wrote down in Step 1 is super important. It’s too easy to prop your feet up and watch TV, folks.

3)  Invest in Your Education. I’m not talking about college – I mean your BUSINESS education. PlanNet Marketing offers daily and weekly calls and online meetings via Zoom and Facebook LIVE. We also host an annual International Convention. Don’t miss a meeting you are qualified to attend! Get yourself on calls and plug into training and events.

woman-desk-onphone.jpg

4) Track Results. Keep track of how you’re doing. If you created a 60-day goal to get three new Reps on your team, and at the end of that 60 days you have five new Reps, you’re gonna want to see that growth and duplicate those same efforts! In the same way, if you get three new Reps in the first 30 days, and no one in the second 30 days, maybe you want to look back and see what you did differently in the second half of that time frame. Tracking your results helps you see what works for you, and what does not. It’s also an excellent way to keep your plan as your focus.

When you take your business seriously and treat it like a real business, others will see that and respect it. They will want to join you! Just try it and see. For a growing number of Reps, PlanNet Marketing is now Plan A – the main income source for their family, and it could be for you too. Just check out our Income Disclosure statement to see how much our Reps earn.

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: PETHRAL DANIELS

Pethral-Daniels-Spotlight-April10.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Savannah, GA, but have lived in other states, including California and Massachusetts. I currently reside in Austell, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. I am a divorced mom with two adult children and six grandchildren. Both my daughter and son have families of their own with three children each. Needless to say, I love spending time with the grandchildren, but my passion is traveling. I am excited about the day I have the time and financial freedom required to be able to show them the world. Travel has always been in my blood, which is why in my early career I was a flight attendant for a major airline carrier. I was in that role for 13 years and after 9/11, accepted an early retirement. I transitioned to the business world as a corporate recruiter; then in 2014, I opened a consulting firm in the recruiting space.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
My personal development has soared since joining PlanNet! Everything about me has been tested. I have had to be resilient and courageous. I have had to practice patience and have fortitude, but most importantly, I have had to raise my leadership lid in order to lead this amazing team. I have some strong leaders on the team and it was important for me to make sure I would be able to take them where I promised they could go in this opportunity, so I have had to lead by example.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
I am motivated by the three freedoms that this opportunity offers. I LOVE to travel and I have become accustomed to traveling well. In order to be able to travel in the style that I like, I need financial, personal, and time freedom. I am motivated by being able to provide myself with the retirement that most dream of. I am also motivated to be the first person in my family who leaves a financial legacy for generations to come.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I have several role models for different reasons. My mom is a role model for me because of her love of family and her kindness to everyone she meets. I have role models that I would consider life coaches, like my mentor, Gloria Mayfield Banks, who is a giant in the networking marketing industry; and my friend, Nancy Pettaway, who has also maintained a very nice life for the past 30 years in network marketing. I also consider Mr. Bradley a role model, because of his heart for the people, his relentlessness, and his willingness to give us all everything that he has to give so that we can see the same kind of success he has seen.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Confident, Ambitious and Resilient.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My best advice is to treat this business like a business, not a hobby, if you want to see long-term success. When my mindset shifted from hobby to business, I started to attract the smart business-minded leaders to my team, who account for most of the team's growth.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, I see myself as a top income earner with PlanNet Marketing and will be helping teams to create generational wealth for their families. I will be giving more philanthropically and experiencing more globally, traveling the world with my friends and family, and enjoying the fruits of my labor.
