2020-logo-text.jpg

Each week we will list the new 20/20 Club Members as soon as their pictures are received so that their recognition will be timely. The personal 20/20 Club features will continue; currently there are many 20/20 Club Members who have sent in their bios, but due to the growing number, have not yet been featured in the blog. Watch for your bio in future editions of PlanNetNow!

Recognition is very important and we hope this new format shows how much we value our 20/20 Club Members! Congratulations to everyone who has achieved this very important level in your PlanNet business!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER JARRETT DAVIS!

Jarrett-Davis-2020-headshot.jpg

PlanNet Marketing would like to introduce 20/20 Club member Jarrett Davis! Jarrett is from Baker, Louisiana and his interests are movies, trying new foods, and traveling to places he’s never been. Jarrett shares, “Before PlanNet Marketing, I was already traveling to places like Belize, Honduras, and Costa Maya, but since PlanNet Marketing I've decided to expand my footprint. So next up is Egypt, China, and Dubai.

“I can attribute my success to staying around my partners and leaders who would constantly motivate me to keep going. I attend every event that I'm qualified for and I got out of my comfort zone and started talking to more people than I ever have about the benefits of this business. My advice to anyone who is just getting started or who has been in the business and not getting the results they desire is to find an accountability partner. Always be willing to listen to any advice that the leaders will give you and get to work.

A little fun fact about myself is that I love to dance but I'm not the best dancer.”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARVIN POINDEXTER!

Marvin-Poindexter-2020-headshot.jpg

Meet 20/20 Club member Marvin Poindexter! Marvin is from Albany, GA and currently lives in Goldsboro, North Carolina. His interests are sports, traveling with family and friends, and self education. He tells us that between life in the military and personal travel, he has been all over Europe, Asia, Africa and the UAE and would need a whole page to name all of the places. He has experienced third world countries “up close and personal,” and has rubbed elbows with royalty!

Marvin relates, “I attribute my success in this business to the leadership of this company as well as the direct impact my accountability partners and sponsor, One-Star Director Marygail Harmon, have had on me. I’m pretty much just following the successful path that has been created for me and any other person in business. Staying consistent and being able to deal with rejection are two things I would say you have to be able to do if you want to succeed. It’s not magic you can perform or shortcuts you can take...it’s all about your mindset, buying into the process, and remaining focused on your goals.

“A fun fact about me: I have a fascination with maps! Not sure if my desire to travel came from that or what. I plan to decorate the office in my new home with all different types of maps.”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTORS ALLEN & JEANNETTE CHILDS!

Allen-Jeannette-Childs-Mini-Feature.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to introduce new One-Star Directors Allen and Jeannette Childs! Allen tells us, “My wife and I are both retired Army veterans and we reside in Cibolo, Texas. I’m originally from Columbus, Ohio and my wife, Jeannette, is originally from Chicago, Illinois. We are the parents of six children with ages ranging from 34 to 13, and we have six grandchildren. After retiring from the military, we both like to stay fit and active, so we go to the gym almost every day. We love bowling and we stay active by keeping up with our six grandkids who visit us for the summers. We also are very active in our church and are greeters because we love smiling and meeting people, and the social skills help benefit our business!

“Since starting with PlanNet Marketing, my wife and I have traveled to many PlanNet conventions in Las Vegas, Atlanta, and Baltimore and I have traveled to Florida. We also attended Eagle Weekend in Fort Lauderdale. I have been to Mexico and we plan on traveling to Dubai, Italy, Hawaii, and Israel. They’re definitely on our bucket list!

“We are achieving success at PlanNet because first we wouldn’t be where we’re at without our excellent leadership and our winning team. Our goal is to make sure everyone is succeeding and meeting their goals, which assists us in meeting ours. We are always educating ourselves and we continue learning. We imagine and visualize ourselves being successful and we speak it into existence. We are a spiritual couple and we know with God All Things Are Possible!

“Some tips we would pass along to our fellow business partners are: Don’t make excuses for yourself, focus on opportunities and not failure, and stay away from distractions! We achieved success so quickly because we surround ourselves with successful people, study them, and copy their positives. We also encourage our team to remove fear and doubt from their thinking, believe in themselves and their abilities, and have a strong desire to attain success.

“Lastly, a fun fact about my wife is that she has an identical twin sister in the Marine Corps and they’re one minute apart. I can tell them apart! A fun fact about me is I’ve been told I look like the singer Usher and I have been approached by many people thinking I’m the celebrity singer, but I haven’t given out any autographs!”

THE LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: CAITLYN HULL

Caitlyn-Hull-Spotlight-Nov8.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Humble, Texas and currently reside there. I’ve been married to my husband for almost a year and I am also a mom to a beautiful almost one-and-a-half-year-old little girl. I enjoy fishing, camping, and spending time with my family. Network marketing has always been in my blood. The day I turned 18, I joined a network marketing business and from there I tried two or three others, but none of them have ever compared to PlanNet. PlanNet Marketing has changed my life forever.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have grown a lot personally and mentally throughout my journey with PlanNet thus far. Starting out a year ago at age 20, I had no idea what I was doing. I never had success before in a multi-level marketing company so I wasn’t prepared for all the good and bad learning lessons, but by going through each and every obstacle I’ve had to face, it’s made me a better person. I find that I am a happier person because of PlanNet. I’m learning to be the best leader I can be. Every day is a learning process, but as you go through your own personal process you come out a stronger and better person at the end.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My biggest motivating factor is my family, but most importantly, my daughter. I want to show her that no matter what she puts her mind to, she can always be successful. I don’t want her to ever have to feel like she has to rely on another person to take care of her. I want her to be able to take care of herself before she takes care of anyone else. I want to make her proud and show her that there are endless possibilities in this world.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is actually Three-Star Director Seresa Crowson. She is my role model because she has gone through it all. She got married at a young age, had children, battled an autoimmune disease, homeschooled her children, and did all of this while being a stay at home mom. Every time I see her get up on stage and speak, I’m moved! She was able to go through all of these hardships and still come out on top in only two and a half years to become a six-figure income earner and eventually one day a seven-figure income earner. She has a work ethic like I’ve never seen before and I aspire to have the kind of heart and work ethic that she possesses. She is truly amazing in every way.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Bubbly, Determined, and Hardworking.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My best advice that I could give someone would be: Even when the waters are rough, keep moving forward. You are going to go through the hard times but don’t let them tear you down; allow them to build you up. You are being prepared for something much bigger than you truly realize. Remember your why and allow it to motivate you. Remember your worth and allow yourself to give it your all. You are connected to someone’s rescue. Now go out there and find a need and fill it! My most important piece of advice is to find a coach within your organization, have a burning desire, have a willingness to work, but most importantly be coachable! PS3 all day everyday!!!!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
My life five years from now would look like me getting to homeschool my daughter (she will be six) and getting to take her around the world so she can learn about all the cultures, instead of just reading about them in a book. I would hope to have helped many, many, many families hit Directorship as well as helped create six and seven figure incomes for their families. I’m going to change the world...but I also know one thing for sure, I will still be PlanNet Proud!

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER AYONNA HARRIS!

Ayonna-Harris-2020-headshot.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Ayonna Shanee' Harris to the 2020 Club! Ayonna is originally from Chicago, IL, but was raised and currently resides in Huntsville, AL. She shares, “I realized back in 2004 that I had a passion for traveling when I went on my first group cruise with 65 other individuals. In 2006 when I started my own tax & bookkeeping service, I promised that I would not continue to work all the days of my life without actually enjoying life. With that being said, I have taken a vacation EVERY year since.

“Some of the international places I have had the privilege to visit include the Bahamas, Cancun, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and the USVI. Domestically, I have visited California, Destin, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Orange Beach, to name a few.

“I find it a great joy to help others and this contributes to my excelling within the business...when doing what you love, it makes it easier!!! By no means do I think the road to success will be easy; however, staying the course with dedication and determination will make the road well worth traveling. All of the 200 times that I have wanted to give up, I looked back at my ‘WHYs’ and kept running. I learned early in life that anything worth having is worth working for.

“My advice to others in the business looking for a roadmap would be to follow the proven system already in place because it works. Always remember that dedication and duplication is key. Stay plugged in, stay COACHABLE, and stay CONSISTENT!!!”

MEET 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LATONIA RUCKER!

Latonia-Rucker-2020-headshot.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Latonia Rucker to the 20/20 Club! Latonia was born, raised and currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio. She says that aside from booking travel and traveling, she also enjoys trading in the stock market.

“My very first experience flying included a flight to Beijing, China when I was in high school,” Latonia shares. “I was able to climb to the top of the Great Wall! This is when I first fell in love with traveling.

I just recently took my very first cruise to the Bahamas. I have traveled to a host of different states and I have been to Canada. I also visited New Orleans, LA for the very first time!

“I have really great leadership on my team that has helped along the way. Staying plugged into my team has helped, and I am always in search of learning something new. I am always sharing my journey and my success/failures with people, so I am able to attract those who are a lot like me. I always pray to God to continue to bless me and my business.

“I would suggest you find people who want the same things you want in life. You will find those people, or they will find you, by sharing your personal journey. Also, be truthful in everything that you say and do. Most importantly, start traveling! Show the world you are using your business to your advantage. Don’t be a ‘secret agent.’

“One fun fact about myself is that I am a die-hard Game of Thrones fan! The answer is yes, I am highly upset about the rushed last season!”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

How to Talk About “THE MONEY”

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

PlanNet Marketing offers our Reps the opportunity to own a business they work on their terms; a business that has the potential to afford many with freedom, flexibility and financial independence. There are many ways to share these potential benefits with people who may be interested in joining us – one way is through social media.

Social Media is a huge component in many of our lives – and it’s an amazing tool that we can use to connect with people from all over the world, instantly! However, when we use social media to work our business, there are some rules to follow.

If a PlanNet Marketing Rep is posting about the PlanNet Marketing business or earnings potential, it could be considered an Income or Lifestyle Claim. An income claim is a statement about a company’s income earning opportunity. A lifestyle claim is a statement about a person’s ability to live a certain way due to their earnings with a company. There is nothing inherently wrong with a comment about PlanNet Marketing’s Compensation Plan, the earning potential, and the benefits a Rep experiences in their life due to those earnings. The claims we must watch out for are the ones that might cloud a person’s judgement. We want our Reps to join PlanNet with a clear head and a full understanding of the effort and time required to make their business a success.

Social-media-globe.jpg

Here are a couple of examples of posts that are Income Claims:

“Come Learn How to Earn 6 Figures”

“Sally Smith just gave herself a $12,000 raise!”

“I replaced my income with my part-time home-based business.”

Each statement makes a claim about income earning potential. The statements might all be TRUE, but the rule of thumb is not whether the statement is true – but is it representing the AVERAGE earnings of a Rep with PlanNet Marketing? In all of these cases, the answer is no – these are not representative of average earnings.

Here are examples of Lifestyle Claims:

“Out of debt! Never thought I’d get here. Thank you PlanNet Marketing!”

“Paid my car off…bought another and paid that off too!”

“Retired at 40 – want to know how?”

Making statements about earning potential, or even lifestyle potential (retire early, pay off your debts, buy a dream home) might entice prospects to join PlanNet to achieve the “American Dream” or any dream, without consideration for the level of work and commitment necessary to achieve those results. We want to ensure anyone joining PlanNet Marketing as a Rep is doing so with an accurate understanding of earnings potential and a game plan for success. Prospects don’t need to be seeing stars, or dollar signs, just to catch the vision.

If you are making claims on social media about earning potential or lifestyle potential with PlanNet Marketing, then you MUST include an Income Disclaimer and a link to the PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure Statement (IDS). Here are some examples of a Disclaimer (to be included with your social media post):

“Career Level Income is not typical. See PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure for full details on earnings.”

“PlanNet Marketing does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Rep Opportunity. Each Rep’s income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill.”

“My income is not typical of the average rep. So be above average and WORK like I did to achieve these results. Want evidence?  Check out our income disclosure statement: [include link to IDS]”

Transparency-honestly-disclosure.jpg

After adding a Disclaimer to your post, you should add a link to the 2018 PlanNet Marketing Income Disclosure Statement. https://www.plannetmarketing.com/en-us/Income-Disclosure

Income or lifestyle claims, even when true, that are not backed up by disclosing average earnings (or simply sharing the company’s IDS) leave PlanNet Marketing and our Reps open to liability. Let’s work together to safeguard our company and keep it the BEST place on the PlanNet!
