MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR SUMMER LEE!
PlanNet Marketing congratulates Summer Lee for achieving One-Star Director! Summer tells us, “I grew up in Easley, a small town in South Carolina. Currently, I am living between Columbia, SC and Greenville, SC. Growing up in a small town ignited a strong desire to get out and see the world, and I started traveling in high school. While my friends were buying clothes and electronics, I was using my extra money to venture into the world. My interests, school and jobs kept me from traveling more than twice a year for most of my life.
“With the knowledge and access provided by this PlanNet Marketing opportunity, I now travel twice a month. I have visited so many different countries and experienced so many cultures. I use the architecture from these destinations to influence my design business. My flavor profile has changed so much from trying food from all around the world. My son and I love to cook, and I am infusing many of these flavors into my food preparation. As I am traveling, I always seek out art markets and local artists. Growing up in an artistic household has made me well-rounded and very open-minded.
“My parents gave me the support and encouragement to go after anything in life that I wanted. I am not sure that they knew just how far I would stretch their ideas. My mom once told me that had she known I would be playing two sports throughout school, dancing, playing instruments with the band and keeping up with all of my artwork…she would have rephrased her words. I believe I wore them out! My son claims I wear him down too.
“I say all of this to paint the image of just how much of an overachiever I am with a strong competitive spirit. Even through the adversity of having a child in high school and losing my support system, I still graduated at the top of my class, kept up with my sports and extracurricular activities, and graduated college. My degree was not paying the income that I felt I was worth. PlanNet Marketing is the vehicle that I have plugged into because I know that my efforts and income will finally be aligned! I believe my success comes from leadership, consistency, and a relentless drive to win!!
Building trust and relationships with my team members is key! Everything that we listen to on all the calls from leadership may sound cliché, but there is absolute truth in each and every word. So instead of hearing those words, we need to listen, digest and implement them! FOCUS, FOCUS and COMMIT!

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; I currently reside in Chandler, Arizona. My hobbies include traveling with family and friends and finding a good bookstore and enjoying a good book with coffee.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've enjoyed my journey as an international best-selling author, advocate against domestic violence, and a certified women’s issues and diversity coach. Entrepreneurship isn't new for me, but never have I experienced anything as comprehensive and exciting as PlanNet Marketing.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is continuing the legacy of my father, Pearlie Howard, Jr. My father transitioned a few years ago and all my life he believed deeply in entrepreneurship, and I'm determined to leave my children and grandchildren a will and not a bill.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My parents and my Coach, Shontina Gladney, are my role models as I navigate my way toward the top of the PlanNet Marketing compensation plan. I've experienced the power of unconditional love from my father, and that's exactly what I feel for my business partners. My mother demonstrated the power of resiliency and that's what fuels my determination. Shontina provides the tools, strategies, and support needed to move beyond my comfort zone with PlanNet Marketing.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Three words that best describe me are "A Cycle Breaker."
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice is to stop playing with this opportunity. Timing and positioning is important, and we have enough professional clappers in this world. You can do this, and there are so many people in this company willing to help us all.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I will be living my dream of time freedom and financial freedom, living in Scottsdale, AZ in a beautiful condominium. I need three bedrooms, one for myself, one for visitors, and one for my home office. I'll be driving my dream car, a blue Jaguar, traveling the world and living my life like it's golden with my team.

Tisha DeShields portrays the image of the successful new millennium mother and businesswoman with her creativity, grace, business savvy, and ingenuity. This accomplished mother of four conceived her idea, Original Belly Works, for her unique business when she was pregnant with her fourth child. She realized that no gift could be more poignant than providing the expectant mother a way to preserve the splendor of pregnancy. While designing the sculpture, she realized that she wanted to immortalize the same memory for each of her children. She began to research the possibility of producing a copy of her pregnant form. In so doing, the idea to offer this creation to all mothers was born. Along with offering a belly casting kit, OBW offers a prefabricated fiberglass sculpture to mothers by surrogacy and adoption. Tisha is delighted to see that her creativity and business background has birthed such a unique business. Tisha currently has five patents and Original Belly Works is the only business of its kind offering the fiberglass sculpture.
Tisha is good at making linear income, however she knew there was a better way out there. In her quest to be the best 'MOMpreneur", she knew she had to position her family in such a way that they could benefit from residual income. In so doing, she decided to give network marketing a try. Tisha is what some may call a “new face” in the industry. I am one of Chicago’s finest living in the DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, specifically Alexandria, VA. I love to sing, ride my Harley Davidson Sportster motorcycle, and have fun with my children. I am a single mom of four children and work full time for the United States Army. The Army taught me how to shoot, move, and communicate, but they didn't show me how to become wealthy!
“I have traveled to over 15 countries across the world and was deployed multiple times during wartime. None of those trips were for pleasure. I am retiring after 25 years of service in a few months and I wanted to supplement my income and have a Plan B – a plan that will lead me into a position to become my own boss so that I can travel the world for pleasure when I want and not have to get permission to do so. PlanNet Marketing has provided me with the vehicle to be my own boss and earn multiple streams of income while learning how to run my own home-based travel business.

PlanNet Marketing congratulates new One-Star Director Diahn-Maria Ellis! Diahn tells us, “I am blessed to be born and raised in the beautiful sunshine island of Jamaica and 30 plus years later, I still reside here. I truly enjoy spending time with my family, especially my three- and six-year-old boys. The little things are important to me, travelling with them, getting ice cream, watching movies…as long as it is with them. Being a true foodie, I love experiencing new foods and new restaurants – as long as it looks good and smells good, I’ll try it!
Most of my travel experience is visiting family in the United States and Canada. I started travelling at the age of four and I have always loved it. My passion for the travel industry really manifested when I was given the opportunity to work with Air Jamaica and Sandals Resorts. Because of this, we did many “staycations” in luxury resorts right here in Jamaica. As a matter of fact, I was always moving to different parts of the island. I couldn’t keep still! To top off my need to move all about, this business has made me start to write a very lengthy list of places to visit!
“My PlanNet Marketing success comes from the 4Cs - be Coachable, be Consistent, be Confident, and be your own very best Cheerleader. If you want something badly enough, absolutely nothing or no one can or will stop you. Know that the people closest to you may not support you, but that doesn’t mean that you should stop.
