CONGRATULATIONS TO DENESHA BAILEY FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR!

Denesha-Bailey-1Star-Announce.jpg

Meet new One-Star Director Denesha Bailey! Denesha shares, “I am a 28-year-old young  professional from Clarendon, Jamaica. I currently reside in the capital, Kingston. My interests include traveling, cooking and doing volunteer work geared towards youth development. Regarding my travel experiences, after completing my undergraduate studies, I moved to Medellin, Colombia for a year to volunteer as an English language Instructor. I have visited the countries of Peru, Argentina, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, United States, United Kingdom, Barbados, and Trinidad and Tobago for both business and pleasure. I love Latin America because of the people and their rich and vibrant culture.

“My success so far at PlanNet Marketing can be credited firstly to God, and secondly to what I call my 3Cs: Commitment, Consistency and Coachability.

“Commitment: If you really desire success, you have to be completely dedicated to the process, no matter the challenges that arise. You have to give yourself, your time, your energy; you have to be all in.

“Consistency: Not to sound cliché, but consistency is key. People are constantly watching and looking out for opportunities to improve their lives and financial circumstances. If you are inconsistent, then you could miss a lot of those opportunities.

“Coachability: A lot of people tend to rely on their own knowledge and experiences to maneuverer whichever environment they are in, which is quite natural. However, being coachable is about being open to guidance from those around you, especially those who have already attained a level of success in the business. A lot of us are too caught up in ourselves that we find it difficult to take action when we are guided to do so. This will hinder your success drastically, because not everything will make sense to you, but when the evidence is there, then there is no need to question the ‘play.’

“My success was not a matter of chance – it came from  hard work and consistency. My encouragement to others is that if you want to get to the top, you have to be the hardest worker in the room. I’m up late at nights and early mornings working my business.

“Additionally, I try to capitalize on every seemingly ‘free’ minute I get in order to do something that will contribute in some way to the growth of my organization. For example – during my lunch breaks at work, when I am stuck in traffic, if I’m in a queue at the bank – it doesn’t matter where. I no longer complain about the traffic jams in the mornings or evenings to get to work or to get home. I simply use that time to listen to an audiobook that we are reading, follow up with my BPs or prospects, or even do a quote for a client. I basically live and breathe my business!

“Fun fact: I'm fluent in Spanish and I'm an excellent Salsa dancer!”

THE PLANNET SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: JEREMY MCZEAL & BRITTANY PARRISH

McZeal-Parrish-Spotlight.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
Britt was born and raised in Detroit, MI and Jeremy was born in Port Arthur, TX, but we now reside in San Antonio, TX. Jeremy has a beautiful 13-year-old daughter. Some of our hobbies include traveling, reading, being foodies, spending time with our family, and thrifting! Past business highlights include achieving 20/20 Club, Gold Plus Member and One-Star Director recently!

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
We have grown tremendously. It almost feels like we were kids when we started two and a half years ago in the company because of the growth we have had. Certain things don’t phase us anymore, we’ve learned a lot, we’ve increased our posture, expanded our knowledge about the business, the industry and just the world in general…and we are just overall better versions of ourselves than we were back then.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Jeremy: A lot of things! One of them is to be remembered; my last name, to leave a legacy that will not only help my family, but will help the families of hundreds of thousands of others connected to me! My daughter is my WHY and I’m grateful she’s at the age where she understands now all the sacrifices I’ve had to make over the years to be able to leave her this legacy for the rest of her life!

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Both: That’s tough because we have SO MANY role models and we are thankful for all of them. We would say for sure, Mr. Bradley. He is the epitome of a true leader and visionary. His posture and presence speaks volumes when he steps into a room. You can feel it every time without him even saying a word. And how amazing is it that he is carrying so many people’s dreams, goals, and aspirations under his leadership and this company he created. That’s a lot of weight to carry but he does it effortlessly and with so much integrity.

Also, our mentor, Mrs. Adairia Vinson, aka ‘Mama Bear.’ We look up to her for taking us under her wing and giving her love out so genuinely and willingly. She not only took us in as her mentees but she also took us in as family. Britt: I would also say my other role model would be my mother. She has instilled in me an insane work ethic and drive. She taught me to be resourceful and learn as much as I can, and to take it upon myself to take the initiative and not wait on anyone else. She’s one of the strongest women I know.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
The three words that describe us best are Relentless, Resilient, and Resourceful!

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
NEVER GIVE UP! And RESPECT YOUR PROCESS! We all have a process to go through to get to the levels we want to reach. Once you learn to fall in love with that process and respect it, you’ll realize that it’s building your character and your story that so many people are going to need to hear about, and how you overcame all the obstacles that were put in front of you. We now appreciate the things that ‘go wrong’ in our life because we know it is only going to help and inspire someone when we are able to show how we still pushed through it all! A great quote: “Fast success breeds ego. Slow success breeds character.”

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Married with a multiple seven-figure income, debt-free, traveling the world, and still helping as many people as we can attain the lifestyle they want and create a legacy for their family!

6060_brown.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is proud to welcome Tanisha Brown to the 60/60 Club! Tanisha says, “This business opportunity has been phenomenal. This opportunity for me to start a business to help provide for my family and myself is amazing. I love having time freedom, and working on my financial freedom means everything. I’m big on consistency and with being consistent and staying focused on my business, it means I’m able to help others.

I love helping others either with travel plans or introducing them to this amazing business opportunity. It is a blessing. I love working with my teammates on achieving a higher level of freedom. I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. I’ve been able to show my children and my grandson, who is only three, different parts of the world. I’ve also been able to travel to parts of the country I have always dreamed of. This has been a dream come true. I’ve always wanted a different life for my children. Thank you for such an amazing platform that has a vehicle with drive. Travel is a lifestyle!”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES JANET SCHOEN TO THE 20/20 CLUB!

Janet-Schoen-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Janet Schoen to the 20/20 Club! Janet tells us that she grew up in a relatively small town in west central Ohio called St. Henry, and now resides in the neighboring town of Coldwater, OH.

She continues, “I truly love people. I enjoy getting to know the little things and details about the lives of the people I meet. I enjoy helping people and the satisfaction of working with others. I enjoy gathering information about things I have been exposed to and like to share that information with other people to help them, whether that is to find the good in things or giving help with obstacles in life. I was introduced to this quote in high school, “You win with people,” by Woody Hayes. I have kept that quote close to my heart ever since.

“I have a love for music. I truly love 80s, 90s, faith-based, jazz and symphony music, and musicals. I enjoy supporting our local high school programs. I believe that music is a true gift to enjoy and enrich our lives.

My earliest travel memory I have is a trip to British Columbia, Canada by car. I was about four or five years old. My father, mother, two brothers, and I made the cross-country trip in my parents’ green ‘77 Chevy!  That trip has given me lasting memories I appreciate. Also, I traveled to Niagara Falls, Canada many times with my parents and we visited Colorado, Kansas, and my uncle in Iowa. These were trips filled with many cornfields and memories. Since being married to my husband, Fred, we have traveled to Hawaii, Cancun, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Chicago, and Portland, Oregon. We have made numerous trips to the Smoky Mountains, Michigan sand dunes, and we have intentions of continuing our travels with tours to Europe someday.

“I owe my success with PlanNet to the leadership provided to me and my determination in accomplishing my goals. I show up daily consistently. Self-development has been very beneficial to allow good things to come to me. I believe the formula of love for people, working hard, and allowing myself to accept the past, being grateful for the present, and hopeful for the future has helped guide me and will continue to guide me to the next level.”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES TASHA TEZENO TO THE 20/20 CLUB!

Tasha-Tezeno-2020-Banner.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome NaTasha Tezeno to the 20/20 Club! Affectionately known as Tasha or even KT, she is currently an administrative assistant at the City of Fort Worth. Tasha is married to Kevin Tezeno and has five children. She is the youngest of eight children, five girls and three boys. Her family currently resides in Burleson, TX.

Tasha says, “My interests include traveling, singing, making memories with my family, and did I mention traveling? We didn’t travel much once we had a family, but since becoming a travel agent, we have traveled to a few places and have doubled our travel in the first four months of 2019 from last year. I’ve had nothing but the best experiences since becoming an agent.

“How am I achieving success at PlanNet Marketing? I’ll just say I have a wonderful sponsor and a wonderful Director; I take all of their advice and I make it work for me. Leaders can make you or break you. If you are married, it helps to have 100% support from your spouse.”
