1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in beautiful Montego Bay, Jamaica. I came to the United States at the age of ten, and have been living in beautiful sunny Florida ever since. I have known my husband since sixth grade, but officially met in high school and together we have three beautiful blessings, our son Dominic, and our girls, Iyanna and Malanna. I love traveling and capturing family moments through scrapbooking. I’ve tried previous business venues, but nothing as powerful as the culture and growth opportunities presented by PlanNet Marketing.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Wow! is what I can say about PlanNet Marketing. The culture, leadership, and endless opportunities presented by PlanNet Marketing are surreal! I’ve grown as a leader in so many ways. Since being a part of PlanNet Marketing, I’ve learned the importance of being an ongoing learner, to always seek to perfect my craft, that learning never ceases and if it does, life stands still. I’ve learned the art of listening rather than hearing – I’ve learned how important it is to listen to the needs of people rather than just hearing their words, and when you truly listen, you can truly deliver and meet the correct needs. PlanNet Marketing not only provides a phenomenal life-changing income opportunity; it also makes you improve as a person and build genuine and lifelong relationships while increasing your knowledge on a whole.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My kids are what drives me – knowing they can now have financial options through the vehicle PlanNet Marketing has provided is a strong motivator in our household. Knowing that I have a vehicle that is freeing my family and pushing them far away from the poverty line is what drives me to go to sleep late and wake up early. Another beautiful drive is seeing my team win; it motivates me to push them and invest time into their growth and development. Seeing them win keeps me accountable and always ready to learn creative ways to help them grow. It motivates me to help that new business partner get their first check. It motivates me knowing that Mr. Bradley has provided an opportunity that allows an ordinary girl like Kevine from Mobay, Jamaica to earn extraordinary income, and now have the option to live an extraordinary lifestyle.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I have several earthly influential individuals I take strategic notes from, therefore I will not pinpoint one. But what I will say is, I model individuals who are selfless, those who are different and defy the odds. Those who understand that their work on earth is way bigger than they are. But most importantly, I model the selfless teachings of God and understand that my blessings aren’t for my own, but for the many lives that are and will continue to be impacted by my obedience.
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Different, and Dynamic.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My sound advice is to become the best “you” there could be. Seek to increase your knowledge, which will in turn increase your confidence. Protect your space – the energy you allow in your space should uplift you, add to you and push you to be the best “you.” Keep God at the forefront of everything you do. It’s ok to be different – you were born one of a kind, so don’t dim your light for anyone. Lastly, remain consistent, trust yourself, and walk into any situation ready to dominate.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Wow. Five years from now, I’ll definitely be a Six-Star Director. My household will be double six figures. I will become the first millionaire in my bloodline. I will have several – seven or more – six-figure income earners connected to me. I will continue to grow and expand my reach as an effective and dynamic leader. Lastly, I will continue to spread to the masses the powerful opportunity that is PlanNet Marketing - the BEST place on the PlanNet!

We know social media is a booming platform to develop relationships and get the word out about your business – and we LOVE that you’re making the most of it. Just make sure the platform you’re using is actually “social” media.
Keep it Social and Transparent
We allow our Reps to use many social media platforms – such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other blogs and forums within these sites and others. Each of these sites offers the Rep and the prospect the ability to see who the other person is – it’s social networking. Network Marketing is our business, so it’s a perfect match! I love interacting with friends, family, and PlanNet Marketing folks via my Facebook account. Everyone knows who I am, and I can see who they are – it’s transparent.
Please do not use job posting websites or forums. We do not allow our Reps to use sites that are exclusively for posting jobs; sites such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or Craigslist. These websites are not “social” media platforms and do not allow for a social or networking environment. They only allow for blind ads to be placed that can be misleading, deceptive, not personal, not social, not networking. It’s too easy for misunderstanding and mishaps to happen via these platforms. In addition, even the approved social media websites have forums or sections dedicated solely to job postings – please avoid using these areas of the website. PlanNet Marketing does not allow the use of “job” postings to promote your business - we aren't offering a "job" and that's a good thing because we offer so much more!
Not only do we want to be the Best Place on the PlanNet, we want to be the place best known for our integrity and transparency – no need to hide behind a blind ad – we offer an amazing product that anyone would want to purchase and an opportunity that can change lives.
So keep Tweeting and Instagramming and messaging and get the word out about your business – but do it the right way, through approved social media sites!

Pethral was born and raised in Savannah, GA, has lived in a few other states, including Massachusetts and California, and she currently resides in Atlanta, GA. She is the proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to five.
From a very early age, Pethral has enjoyed travel, so much so, that she pursued a career as a flight attendant with a major U.S. carrier, working for that airline for over 13 years. After accepting an early retirement from the airline in 2003, she began working in human resources and eventually opened her own firm with a focus on talent acquisition.

I was born and raised in Bessemer, AL, where I currently reside. I have been married for 15 years and have TWO beautiful children - Tierra Staten (23) and Kevin Jones, Jr. (13). My hobby is traveling, traveling, and more traveling! If I’m not traveling, I am helping others learn the ins and outs of this awesome travel industry!! Business highlights...I am a Gold Plus member, I am in the 20/20 Club, and I am a One-Star Director with PlanNet Marketing!!
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have been in an MLM before, but never like this one!! I have learned sooo much since I became a part of PlanNet Marketing and I know it’s because of the AWESOME leaders in this company!! I now read books that I never paid attention to, like How to Retire your Husband, Go Pro by Eric Worre, and so many more!! My mindset is no longer programmed to go to a 9 to 5!
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The fear of having to clock back in for a job is what helps drives me!! I never want to clock in for corporate America ever again!! The freedom and flexibility that I have now is so worth the investment and hard work that I put into my business! My family is what helps motivate me and they are my why!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I consider Natalie Graham as my role model! She's extremely humble, kind, and helps out everyone she can regardless of whose team she's on. She's balancing motherhood and being a wife while helping hundreds to thousands of individuals with their own businesses, including me! That's the type of person I see myself becoming in this industry!
5. The three words that describe you best are:
Loyal, Consistent, and Trustworthy.
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
My advice that I will tell anyone is to never give up or fold!! Start, roll up your sleeves, and go to work!! Never in a million years did I think I would be where I am in this business today! If you are not consistent, START! If you are not persistent, START!! You will never know where you'll be one year from today if you never tried!
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years I am a seven-figure income earner in this industry! I am living my best life traveling all the beaches of the world with my husband! PlanNet Marketing is the vehicle to get me there!

In a business where duplication is key and everyone is trying to be coachable – when should you listen to your upline and when should you branch out and find your own answers?!
It’s a tough question, but an important one!
Your sponsor and upline Reps are an invaluable source of information – they’ve been in this business longer than you have, they presumably know what they’re doing (they convinced you this was a worthwhile venture!) and they’re available and easy to reach. For some of you, your sponsor and/or upline Director is also making PlanNet Marketing headlines as a Top Income Earner, a 20/20 Club member (or 40/40, 60/60) and they might even be earning awards and accolades when you attend events.
Let me be clear – I’m not telling anyone to tell your sponsor to take a hike! I’m simply suggesting that “copying the right cat” can only go so far. At some point you, as a business owner, are going to have to sink your teeth in and go find some answers for yourself.
With technology all around us – you don’t have to go far to find answers. You have a wealth of information at your fingertips in your Virtual Office (VO) and in the PlanNet Marketing Corporate S-Team. If you have a question about your account – why you didn’t get charged, why you didn’t get paid, why you don’t see a new ITA sale in your VO – don’t ask your upline. You need to go dig that up yourself. Call or email the S-Team, or send a Support Ticket from your VO.

The people we do business with are huge resources, but they shouldn’t be our only resource. You can’t expect another person to take responsibility for your business.
