THE PLANNET SPOTLIGHT SHINES ON: ONE-STAR DIRECTOR STEPHANIE CLOUTIER

Stephanie-Cloutier-Spotlight-4-19-2019.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Waltham, Massachusetts and raised in Vermont. I moved to Windham, Maine in my twenties and have been here since. I'm married to my husband Jason Bowen, with two stepkids, teen boys. We love camping, boating and traveling to the Caribbean. This business falls completely in line with our passions.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I've grown so much since joining PlanNet. I'm a true believer in personal development and I feel like all of the years I have put into developing myself were finally coming to light right as this company came into my life. I'm learning so much from the leaders in PlanNet…learning how to focus on helping others reach their goals, which in turn will help you reach yours.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The evidence. I've seen the evidence; I'm motivated knowing that I finally found a business that will truly give me the financial and personal freedom that I so ultimately desire.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Ray Higdon is a huge influence in my life. I truly believe his coaching is changing the network marketing profession for the better. Jim Rohn is an influence in my life. Three-Star Director Cindy Bruggeman is 100% a role model in my life, as well as many others. She truly represents what leadership should be.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Determined, Hungry, Brave.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
There is no such thing as SUCCESS or FAILURE. It’s success or you quit. You can ONLY fail if you quit. Stay consistent, persistent, and hungry.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now my life looks FREE! Lake house and lots of traveling. Debt free.

Who Can Be A Rep?

Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

Being a Rep with PlanNet Marketing is an exciting and potentially lucrative opportunity. I know you want to tell ANYONE and EVERYONE about this special business position. You should, too! Share the PlanNet Marketing business with all. But, keep in mind that there are a few rules about who can be a Rep.

1) Legal Age. You have to be at least 18 years old to enroll as a PlanNet Marketing Rep. Please don't enroll anyone underage.

2) Country of Residence. To be a Rep, you have to reside in a country where PlanNet is open for business (and be legally allowed to work there). This doesn't mean you can be a legal citizen of a country where we do business and live in another country. You must live in a country where PlanNet is legally allowed to operate. We're open for business in so many countries already, and we are always on the lookout for new markets!

3) Provide Tax Info. US residents are required to provide their Social Security number to verify their identity and pay any taxes associated with PlanNet Marketing earnings. Foreign Reps may submit a waiver stating they aren't required to pay US Federal taxes.

4) Agree to Follow the Rules. As a new Rep, you'll be required to agree to PlanNet's rules and policies - from the Policies and Procedures, to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, these are all collectively referred to as the Independent Rep Agreement or IR Agreement. Each person must agree to these before becoming a Rep.

Join-our-team.jpg

As you can see, it's super easy to qualify to be a Rep. Just please make sure that you are following these guidelines when enrolling Reps. Knowingly allowing someone to enroll as a Rep who doesn't meet these qualifications puts PlanNet Marketing at risk legally. Let's protect the PlanNet and our future!

GREAT WORK, TEAM!
LET'S ALL SHOOT FOR THE STARS!

CONGRATULATIONS TO JENNIFER-JERE GRIMES FOR ACHIEVING ONE-STAR DIRECTOR AND 20/20 CLUB!

Jennifer-Jere-Grimes-1Star-Announce.jpg
2020club2_grimes.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes Jennifer Jere-Grimes, new One-Star Director and new member of the 20/20 Club! Jennifer is from Baker, LA, currently living in Baton Rouge. Her interests are shopping, traveling, and helping others brand their businesses.

Jennifer tells us, “I am an avid traveler! My top two favorite trips would be Miami, FL and The Atlantis in the Bahamas.

“I have achieved success by remaining consistent, being passionate about what I love to do, and never being afraid to discuss my business. I am also a product of my business; I travel a lot and when people see you are actually living and achieving your goals and dreams, they buy into you as the person.

“A fun fact: I am a foodie and my husband is a photographer!!! I love to travel and try new foods and authentic foods from different countries. I always have a photo shoot on each trip!”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR KEVINE MCMILLAN!

Kevine-McMillan-Small-Black-Announce.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome new One-Star Director Kevine McMillan! Kevine is originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica and currently lives in Orlando, FL. She tells us that she and her husband, Vincent McMillan, have three amazing blessings and enjoy helping families through PlanNet Marketing.

Kevine continues, “I’m an educator by heart, so there’s a teacher always within me. With that being said, I am interested in teaching the masses. I have a passion for helping people and teaching them that you can step out on faith and make a difference in your family’s financial bloodline.

“My travel experiences have increased tremendously through PlanNet Marketing’s partnership with InteleTravel. I absolutely love experiencing travel from a client’s perspective and learning about a new location to better service my clients’ travel needs. There is absolutely no better way to sell travel than being able to speak on it yourself through your own personal experiences.

“I am achieving success by being consistent, staying plugged in, and increasing my knowledge in the industry. My tip for the upcoming leaders are to remain consistent, stay plugged in, stay out of the drama zone, and get in your money zone. You’ll fail, but so what?! Get up, brush yourself off and keep running!

“The way to achieve success is to increase your knowledge in your business, remain consistent and committed, and most importantly, trust God and the process. Coach Natalie Graham always tells us - don’t allow the process to punk you out of the promise. I refuse to quit because the process may come with a few bumps and bruises. I am determined to allow those bumps and bruises to mold me into a better leader and role model.

“I really don’t have a fun fact, but I guess we can count eating mangoes and hot sauce as a quirky fact!”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR CARMEN RAY!

Carmen-Ray-Small-Black-Announce.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes new One-Star Director Carmen Ray! Carmen was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, but relocated to the east valley of Arizona in January, 2014. She shares, “It was a big and abrupt move leaving behind my family, but definitely one of the best moves I could have made. I simply love Arizona.

“My interests include spending time with family, friends, and curling up with a good book. I have four adult children and five grandchildren. I enjoy traveling and listening to neo-soul music.

“My parents were entrepreneurs all my life, so becoming a social entrepreneur came easily. I've enjoyed my journey as an international best selling author, domestic violence advocate, and a certified women’s issues and diversity coach. Entrepreneurship isn't new for me but never have I experienced anything as comprehensive and exciting as PlanNet Marketing.

“I have traveled to London, Bahamas, and several of the United States. Since joining this business, my travel has increased and I'm preparing for my first Caribbean cruise in November. My 2020 travel plans includes a family Disney cruise vacation.

“I have an amazing support system between my Director, sideline coaches, and my partners - one of my partners happens to by my oldest daughter Shamoni, 23. She has been my biggest supporter since the beginning and a constant source of encouragement. In this business it's important to have someone who supports your journey unconditionally. My children are definitely my ‘why.’

“Once I released everything I thought I knew about business and became 100% coachable, things started to really move for myself and our team. I plugged in to the PlanNet Marketing culture and the system. I started to serve and host monthly meetings in Arizona, not just for my team but for the BIG Team in January 2019. It was my opportunity to give back. Personal development became a daily practice. My Director and Coach, Shontina Gladney, stretched me and held me accountable and I started to implement several of her strategies with my partners. Duplication is key.

“I have strong relationships with many of my team members. I see them more as family than business partners. Consistency and staying plugged in were the main components to achieving success. Having discipline and faith in your dreams will guarantee a positive outcome.

“A fun fact about me: I hosted a very successful city-wide fashion show at the age of 14. I look back and can't help but think, how was I able to encourage retailers to provide top line clothing to showcase at such an early age? Since joining the world of network marketing, I now realize I was just ‘ignorance on fire.’ ”

MEET NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTOR CATHERINE SMALL!

Cathy-Small-Small-Black-Announce.jpg

PlanNet Marketing welcomes new One-Star Director Catherine Small. Catherine shares, “Hello! Thanks, truly an honor! I am originally from Queens, NY but I now reside in Charlotte, NC. I have interests in travel, exercising, reading, and most importantly, helping people. I have a background in HR so naturally, being here on the PlanNet is the perfect opportunity for me to continue my journey in travel and helping others. Although I faced many challenges over the last couple of years personally during my road to Directorship, I never once gave up! Everyone has their time and their process to go through. As long as you stick with it, don’t quit and remain coachable, you WILL reach your destination! How long will it take? As long as it takes! Delayed is NOT denied!

“It is truly an honor and a privilege to finally be on this side of leadership. Directorship was never a goal for me because I thought it came with too many responsibilities, commitments, and expectations and I did not want to carry the burden of being accountable in that way. Watching others achieve success drove me MAD (made a decision)! I decided I no longer wanted to live paycheck to paycheck and I wanted to leave a legacy for my children, so I plugged in and got to WORK!

Over the last couple of years, this business has afforded me the ability to travel internationally to Jamaica, Bahamas, DR, and Mexico in addition to two cruises. I have also been able to travel to many destinations domestically.  Without this partnership, I probably still would not even own a passport!

“I am forever grateful to my family, my team, my Coach/Mentor/Director Eileen Ross, Mr. and Mrs. Bradley and the whole PlanNet family!

“FUN FACT: I love helping my daughter do scientific experiments and arts and crafts.”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES KIMBERLY MCCLAIN TO THE 20/20 CLUB!

2020club2_mcclain.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Kimberly McClain to the 20/20 Club! Kimberly shares, “I’m originally from a small but proud agricultural community known as South Bay, FL, located in the sunny southern part of the state, but I currently reside in Stuart, Florida. I'm a mother of five wonderful children, a wife of eighteen years, a personal chef, and an event planner while working this business on a part-time basis.

“I attribute my success in PlanNet Marketing to consistently remembering my WHYs, which are my children. They give me the determination and drive to achieve all of my goals. I am determined to use this vehicle so that I can have the time, financial, and personal freedom to be more accessible for them. Consistency is key!

“The success I have accomplished so far with PlanNet Marketing is credited to ‘Keeping God first and copying the right cat.’ Once I was told that in order to obtain success in this business, I had to follow the plan that was already in place, and I did just that. I did not recreate the wheel. I just followed my mentors and coaches, and did whatever Director Sonya Barnes told me I needed to do. Even though she lives in Maryland, I stay connected with her via phone, Facebook, text messages, and video conferences. Wherever I went and talked to various PlanNet leaders, I kept getting the same advice - to stay plugged in, be consistent, and always increase and do more of what is working. So I attend the meetings, listen to the conference calls, attend special events, and share this amazing opportunity with more and more people daily.

“My short-term goal is to help all of the wonderful people who have joined me on this journey build their businesses and reach their goals. Moreover, my long-term goal is to use the income from this business to travel the world while helping families all across the Plannet.  My Whys will help me accomplish this goal and all other endeavors in my travel business. I’m in love with this business and so grateful for this opportunity in travel.

“Thank you for this honor and recognition of 20/20 that I have always looked forward to. Next step - Directorship!”

PLANNET MARKETING WELCOMES TERESA SHOALS TO THE 20/20 CLUB!

2020club2_shoals.jpg

PlanNet Marketing is pleased to welcome Teresa Shoals to the 20/20 Club! Teresa tells us, “Thank you so much for this opportunity. I feel so blessed to have reached the 20/20 achievement and with you allowing me to share some of my journey. I am from Shreveport, Louisiana and currently reside in Alexandria, Virginia, where I serve as Active Duty Army.  My interests include ministry, sports (diehard Cowboys fan), cooking, music (listening, dancing and singing), mentoring, and spending time with my daughters who LOVE to travel just as much as I do. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to various places, including Germany, France, Hawaii, Jamaica, Bahamas, Cancun, Dominican Republic, Middle East, Mexico, Guam, Somalia, and all over the United States.

“My success is attributed to Mr. and Mrs. Bradley’s vision and this amazing opportunity, which makes me excited to share with anyone I come in contact with. When you love what you do, the people you present the business to also feel that love and excitement. I also attribute my success to surrounding myself with exceptional individuals: Five-Star Director, Mr Orlanda Moore; Three-Star Directors, Mr. and Mrs. Scott and Mr. and Mrs. Hendricks; One-Star Directors Arien Ragster and Erica Ledet; DITs Mr. and Mrs. Young, and my battle buddy Jennae Pitts. Being surrounded by individuals who are willing to coach, mentor and assist you with achieving your professional goals is normally unheard of in business - but not in PlanNet Marketing.  PlanNet Marketing is more than just a business to me, it’s a family!

“Staying committed to learning and growing in the business will bring you much success. Stay plugged in, remain coachable, ask questions, never give up, and remember you are in business for yourself but not by yourself!

“A fun fact about me is I am retiring from the Army in 2019. Lord knows I did not want to find another job when I retired. Instead, I am the owner of two businesses that will provide me financial freedom that will also allow me to leave a legacy for my family!! Prayers are answered!”

COMPLIANCE CORNER

Treat Your Business Like a Business
Amanda-Restivo175.jpg

PlanNet Marketing proudly offers an opportunity for people from every walk of life to work part time or full time toward freedom, flexibility and financial independence. We want to help you design your ideal lifestyle. For many people, joining PlanNet as a Rep is a part time or even just an “any extra time I have” deal. PlanNet might be your Plan B, but if you want to be successful, you need to start treating this business as a BUSINESS.

How to Treat Your Business Like a Business:

1) Make a Plan. Not just a thought in your head type of plan either, write it down. Write down your goals for the next 30, 60, 90, 365 days. Write down steps to reach those goals – how are you going to find new Reps and sell ITAs? Will you spend money on advertising? Use social media to advertise for free? Figure out your strategy and then come up with some actions to carry it out. Create a list of what you can do each day to grow your business – contacting new prospects, following up with current prospects, connecting with your current upline or downline, planning to attend local or online events. A plan will keep you on track.

2) Create a Schedule. Businesses have business hours. You’re running a business, so set aside a specific time frame each day, week, month for your business. Defining when you’ll do the things you wrote down in Step 1 is super important. It’s too easy to prop your feet up and watch TV folks.

3)  Invest in Your Education. I’m not talking about college - I mean your BUSINESS education. PlanNet Marketing offers daily and weekly calls and webinars as well as weekly and monthly local meetings in markets all over the US, UK, and now in Mexico. We also host an annual International Convention. Don’t miss a meeting you are qualified to attend! Get yourself on calls and to events.

Man-desk-computer-phone.jpg

4) Track Results. Keep track of how you’re doing. If you created a 60-day goal to get three new Reps on your team and at the end of that 60 days you have five new Reps, you’re gonna want to see that growth and duplicate those same efforts! In the same way, if you get three new Reps in the first 30 days and no one in the second 30 days, maybe you want to look back and see what you did differently in the second half of that time frame. Tracking your results helps you see what works for you, and what does not. It’s also an excellent way to keep your plan as your focus.

When you take your business seriously and treat it like a real business, others will see that and respect it. They will want to join you! Just try it and see. For a growing number of Reps, PlanNet Marketing is now Plan A – the main income source for their family, and it could be for you too. Just check out our Income Disclosure statement to see how much our Reps earn.
