Spotlight-Charmaine-Elliott-Turner.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
My name is Charmaine Elliott Turner but known to many as Camet Turner. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica, raised in New York and now reside in Palm Bay, FL. While I don't have any children of my own, I am blessed with two amazing nephews, Christopher and Cameron, by way of my sister Patrice. I am definitely honored to have the best parents ever (Lloyd & Delores), who have both supported me from day one!

I love traveling to different places, listening to music, dancing like nobody is watching, and cooking Chinese/Jamaican dishes. I majored in Fashion Design/Business Management at F.I.T in NYC. During my career in corporate America I have gained knowledge in many fields such as credit card fraud, mortgages, financial, medical, legal and subrogation.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I am still growing and developing my skills every day here at PlanNet Marketing. I have learned so much from the amazing leadership team and I look forward to walking in the footsteps of my mentors.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
My motivation stems from helping people, whether it is for something major or minor. Being introduced to PlanNet Marketing by way of my best friend was a blessing for me. I feel it is my purpose to bless as many families as I can with this amazing opportunity given to us by our visionary, Mr. Bradley.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is and always will be my mother Delores. She is my biggest supporter, she has a heart of gold, and her passion to see her daughters succeed is unmatched. She is my true ride or die, my best friend, and more importantly…my heartbeat!!

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Focused, Blessed, and Passionate.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Fellow PlanNeteers! The best advice I can give you is to stay plugged into everything that has already been put in place for us to succeed. Always have a pen and paper in hand on every call because you never know what nuggets will be shared. You all have been blessed by the person who shared this opportunity with you and now someone is out there waiting for you to bless them…so what are you waiting for? Go get em!!!

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I will be at the banks and beaches of the world. I will be helping more families across the nation on their way to financial freedom.

I don't want to leave anything to chance. I will listen and learn from people who have blazed the trail. I will get on every call, I will attend every meeting, get to every big event, and work every day to earn my freedom. EVERYTHING!

MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARVA TOWNSEND!

2020club2_townsend.jpg

Welcome to the PlanNet Marketing 20/20 Club, Marva Townsend! Marva is from Baltimore and currently resides in Jessup, Maryland. She enjoys bowling, dancing, and traveling - one of the reasons she is now in PlanNet Marketing. Marva tells us, “I have been to many places such as London, Hawaii, Mexico, and California, just to name a few. Since I started with PlanNet I have learned to improve upon my people skills, giving me many more opportunities to provide for my family.

“A little advice that I can offer is that you have to stay patient and consistent and always remember, ‘If you can accept a YES, then learn to accept a NO and keep things moving.’ I communicate well with people, letting them know how this opportunity has changed my life. I try my best to let others know what I do and I love talking to those who are interested in the same opportunity that was offered to me. I love to help people. I love being with my seniors and working with children - it’s always been my passion to nurture and care for others. I just thank PlanNet Marketing for giving me this amazing opportunity to support my family and to continue to grow as an individual.”

2.4 Terms and Renewal of a PlanNet Marketing Business
An IR must renew their IR status monthly by remaining current on their monthly administrative fee of $19.95. If the IR allows his or her business to expire due to nonpayment of the renewal fee, the IR will lose any and all rights to his or her downline organization unless the IR reactivates within 60 days following the expiration of the agreement.

If the former IR reactivates within the 60-day time limit, the IR will resume the rank and position held immediately prior to the expiration of the IR agreement. However, such IRs paid as level will not be restored unless he or she qualifies at that payout level in the new month. The IR is not eligible to receive commissions for the time period that the IR’s business was expired.

Any IR whose agreement has expired and lapsed the 60 day grace period is not eligible to reapply for a PlanNet Marketing business for 4 months following the expiration of the IR agreement.  Any IR terminated by PlanNet Marketing may not reapply to do business for 12 months from their termination date.

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT ON: TWO-STAR DIRECTOR KYRA HARRIS

Kyra-Harris-Spotlight-May25.jpg

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in New Orleans LA, resided in California for four years, moved back to New Orleans and at age 22 (2010) I packed up my belongings and moved to Houston, TX ,where I still reside. I am the second oldest of five siblings, no children, but I love my nieces and nephews as if they were my own. My hobbies include traveling, shopping, styling hair, dancing, going to the movies, and listening to live music. My past business (that I did not know was network marketing) was selling coffee. I honestly thought that I was just providing good coffee to individuals, not even knowing this was my introduction to this industry.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
PlanNet Marketing has allowed me the opportunity to understand my entrepreneurial rights. I must honestly say that I was the individual that was content with being the employee, yet we all desire higher aspirations. My goals now have changed tremendously because I now choose to BET ON ME. This has allowed me the opportunity to work harder for myself so I can reap my own benefits and not allow a percentage raise to determine my worth. It also helped me understand that I did not have to get a second job to give myself a RAISE.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
Motivation comes in all terms. In the beginning what motivated me was to travel more and save money. Throughout my two-year journey, what motivates me now is continuously helping families understand that YES, a 200 dollar INVESTMENT can change your life and provide you with a financial stability that you will no longer have to desire, because it’s there and ready to be earned. What drives me is making sure I fulfill every task and utilize every GOD-given talent that He has placed in my body and soul to accomplish. I refuse to let them go to waste.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My role model is anyone who aspires to encourage, motivate, guide, and persevere through any storm. If you fit this criteria then you earned this title. I am a person of GREAT character and if you exude that you earn my TRUST.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
MOTIVATED, INFORMATIVE, OPTIMISTIC.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Don't be discouraged by negative people. They are everywhere and yet not one of them offers to PAY YOUR BILLS.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now I plan to be a Seven-, Eight- or Nine-Star Director within our company. I will be married with one or two children. I plan to homeschool them and feed them with all the knowledge and POSITIVITY that will establish them for all future aspirations. I will break a minimum of 50 Directors. I will start non-profit organizations that focus on building mother/daughter relationships, as well as start businesses that will aid visually impaired and hearing impaired individuals. I also want to start a non-profit that caters to children traveling and exposing them to different cultures.
