ONE IS ENOUGH!

Don’t be stingy now – you don’t need two Rep accounts. One is plenty!! One is all you need to change your financial future and one is all you are permitted.

Each Rep is only allowed one account in PlanNet Marketing. That means just one for you, your business, your alter-ego and your dog (ok, we’ll let your dog have his own account if he can pay for it)!  No seriously, make sure you pay attention to this. If we find more than ONE Rep account out there with your name on it – it could be your name and another person’s name, your name and a business name, or just your name – we’ll shut them both down.

We allow our Reps the opportunity to participate in a fantastic compensation plan and business opportunity, but you only get one account to do it. If you have members of your immediate household or family unit with separate accounts - this could include your spouse or dependent children living at your address - then make sure all family members are directly sponsored by the first family member to join. Example: Dad has an account enrolled under the sponsorship of your neighbor, Sam Brown. Mom and Junior can both have accounts as well, however as adults living at the same address as Dad, they need to be directly sponsored by Dad.

If you have any questions or concerns about this rule, please contact Compliance@plannetmarketing.com or call Support at 470-443-9330 for more information.

WELCOME TO THE 20/20 CLUB BRANDY LYNN WHITEMAN!

2020club2_whiteman.jpg

New 20/20 Club member Brandy Lynn Whiteman is originally from a small town in McCurtain County, OK. When she joined PlanNet Marketing, she lived in Houston, TX but relocated to Macon, GA shortly after Hurricane Harvey. Her interests include spending time with her family, her husband, their five children, and their three gorgeous grandbabies. Brandy loves to travel, loves making crafts and creating fun projects, karaoke, and nature photography.

“I have always traveled since I was young,” Brandy tells us, “I have been to 39 out of 50 states and Mexico. Since joining this business my travel has increased to double what I was able to do in the past. In 2018 I’m planning my first of several cruises, as well as a family trip to Disney.

“I have achieved success because I have an amazing support system between my mentor, my coaches, and my sponsor -  as well as my husband always being there to listen, game plan, and sometimes tell me exactly what I don’t want to hear. I am coachable. I plug in to my team and the system. I serve every chance I get. I personally develop daily. I pay attention to our product. I am mostly high tech but also use high touch. I listen to my up-line leaders and even though they push me outside of my comfort zone, I do what is asked of me -  even though I’m scared.

“I work with my team and build relationships while listening to their needs so we can work on their plan to achieve their goals. I stay consistent and never stop reaching for my goals and the goals of my team. These are things that I believe contribute to my success so far. And I truly believe that if everyone does these things, they will duplicate throughout their team and they will succeed.

“A fun fact about me is that before joining this business, I have owned traditional businesses since I was 19 years old. I owned several tire and mechanic shops, a resale business, and the last venture was a dog grooming business where I was a creative groomer…which means I dyed and groomed dogs in fun shapes and colors and actually competed in creative grooming contests.”

With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

You, my friendly neighborhood PlanNet Rep, are POWERFUL!

Every word that you say, type, post, blog, vlog, chat, (you get the point) is a representation and extension of PlanNet Marketing.

When you’re sharing your personal opinions and feelings on your social media feed one minute, and sharing an upcoming PlanNet Marketing Business Opportunity meeting the next minute – people associate your opinions and statements with PlanNet Marketing. Is that a good thing? Or a bad thing? Depending on how you’re representin’... it could be a scary thing, a dangerous thing.

When you have a prospect who decides they aren’t interested in enrolling as a Rep nor purchasing an ITA – how do you respond? Do you wish them well and let them know you’ll still be waiting with open arms if they ever change their mind? Or do you tell them they don’t matter cuz you got bigger and better places to go and people to see?!  You said WHAT?

Every person you meet or encounter while doing PlanNet-related business should walk away from you talking about how respectful and professional you are, and they should be amazed at your level of integrity.

You can attend every meeting, participate in every phone call, follow the PS3 system ‘til you’re blue in the face – but if you are RUDE to people – you will never come out on top.

Show respect. Be kind. Make people WONDER at your friendliness. They’ll have no choice but to keep coming back to you for your encouragement and support.

PlanNet Marketing prides itself on the quality and character of our Reps – make me proud, y'all.

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY!

email.jpg

Clear and successful communication is a key for any successful business person, and a major component in the management of their business (…as in any relationship).

Communication is a two-way street. There is the communicator of the message, and then there is the recipient – both have a responsibility. The communicator should be aware of the need for timely, relevant, accurate, and concise communication, and the recipient’s responsibility is to receive, assimilate, and acknowledge that communication, and sometimes respond with action. We all are sometimes the communicator and sometimes the recipient.

In the role of a communicator, carefully evaluate what, when, how, and to whom your message is to be communicated – maintain efficiency in communication. As a recipient, be attentive and respond to emails, phone calls, text messages - read corporate publications (PlanNetNOW!) and stay on top of web-based information (Virtual Office) – be in the know.

Working together and communicating is a key to success for all of us at PlanNet Marketing!

~Donald Bradley, Founder and Chairman, PlanNet Marketing
