CUSTOMER SUPPORT Q&A

Q: How do I access my PlanNet Marketing commission payments?

A: PlanNet commissions are paid to you through Hyperwallet's Paylution Pay Portal. When you join PlanNet Marketing, you'll receive an email invitation to set up your Paylution Pay Portal. You will follow the instructions within the email to set up your password and security questions. This completes the setup process to access your Paylution account. Once you have finished this process, go to www.plannetmarketing.paylution.com and login with the credentials you created.

When you earn commissions, they will automatically be paid to your Paylution account. You'll receive an email every time PlanNet Marketing pays you. After logging into your Paylution account you'll be able to see how much money is available, set up a transfer method, order a pay card, and much more. If you should have any questions regarding your Paylution account, you can contact PlanNet Support at 470-443-9330 or support@plannetmarketing.com or Paylution@plannetmarketing.com or you can contact Paylution at 877-546-8220 or support@paylution.com.

COMPLIANCE CORNER

PlanNet Marketing and InteleTravel are two separate companies. I know that seems obvious to most of us, but we get a lot of questions about this. Understandably, these two amazing companies have a unique synergy and partnership – one that contributes to the success of each. But we’re still separate companies, with different business models – and that’s a good thing!

When you need information about your downline or commissions earned from selling the ITA business – you call PlanNet Marketing. If an ITA desires information about their upcoming travel bookings or commissions earned from selling travel – they would call InteleTravel. 
 
The two companies are often spoken about together, in the same conversation. If you’re a PlanNet Marketing Rep, you talk about InteleTravel to your prospects because you want to sell them an InteleTravel Agency. As a Rep, you might also invite Rep prospects to PlanNet Rep business meetings and tell them (or show them through a presentation) the options and benefits for enrolling as a Rep with PlanNet Marketing. Just remember – these two options are SEPARATE and prospects can choose one or the other without being required to purchase both, but they can if they desire. This point - the option to choose to participate in either or both of the companies is what makes our business such a success. Let's be very clear in our communications.

PlanNet Marketing offers people the opportunity to enroll as an Independent Marketing Representative, paying an initial fee of $19.95 and $19.95 monthly to have their own Rep business. The Rep sells ITAs ($179.95 enrollment fee, and $39.95 monthly,) and is paid a Direct Sales commission for those sales. A Rep can also build a team of sponsored Reps. 

InteleTravel delivers, trains, and supports the InteleTravel Agency (ITA) with a personalized online travel website and so much more. The ITA sells travel to their clientele of travel customers, and earns travel commissions. 

Some people choose to enroll as a Rep with PlanNet Marketing AND purchase an ITA business. Other people choose to only enroll as a Rep, and others might elect only to purchase an ITA. Remember to be clear and provide full disclosure – both are very exciting independent business opportunities. Success!

MEET NEW 40/40 CLUB MEMBERS LYNN AND MARCUS HENDRICKS!

40/40 Club members Lynn and Marcus Hendricks recall, “The idea that we almost missed this entire business project is scary!” One of Lynn's best friends tried to introduce her and Marcus to the travel business for almost a year but Lynn wasn't interested, even though she and Marcus were avid travelers. The biggest part of Lynn's reluctance was the superficial culture she had been introduced to at many other network marketing companies, with much emphasis on the “bling and the Bentleys,” as well as her feeling that oftentimes the products were subpar. While the compensation plans always looked good on paper, they never really manifested into what was promised. It took her friend calling to say she had booked a stay at a resort for less than half what Lynn and Marcus had paid two years prior for Lynn to say, "Sign me up today!" But still she had no plans of ever doing the marketing side of the business. To their surprise, family and friends were interested from the very beginning and began partnering with them. This, coupled with Greg Scott calling and strongly encouraging them to look at the business and attend Super Saturday, is what started them on their journey in their new network marketing career.

That Super Saturday event was July 16, 2016, and JP Watkins did a training on the “Zoo and the Jungle,” which was so impactful and inspiring. Marcus had been a truck driver for almost 20 years and Lynn was working in the “zoo” at the time (saying sometimes it literally felt like it), but she and Marcus both had entrepreneurial spirits, so it was a relatively easy mindset shift. Once Mr. Bradley spoke about the company and the culture and laid out his vision, it was game over.

The culture of the company spoke to them both long before the compensation plan did. “There seemed to be a directive that no matter what team you were on, everyone would help each other because we were all one team and that was not only refreshing, but rarely seen in most companies or industries. To be on a team with a giant like our MVP, Orlanda Moore, superstars like Greg and Carla Scott, and have amazing sideline partners like Letoria Mayberry, Tiffany McIntosh, Walter and Tiffany Powell and Tanisha Burke, is both humbling and inspiring. It's impossible to not want to run like your hair’s on fire when you have that level of greatness all around you, pouring knowledge, time and energy into you!

“It's a truly humbling experience to have people come up to you and tell you that you inspire them, or tell you that your story resonated with them because it's so similar to their own. The idea that we have this huge responsibility of training, developing, coaching, motivating and cultivating the next generation of leaders is almost unfathomable, but we neither take it lightly nor for granted. We have an amazing team that gets up every day and flat out goes for it. We have such camaraderie and a genuine love and respect for one another and we can't wait to see each person realize the goals they've set out for themselves and their families. MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER MARYGAIL HARMON!

New 20/20 Club Member Marygail Harmon, originally from Lompoc, CA, is from San Antonio, TX and is a huge advocate for fitness and an avid runner. She relates, “I took up marathon running about nine years ago, and it changed my life! I’ve had to take it easy this year, as I’m still recovering from the disk replacement surgery I experienced last fall, but I’m slowly working my way back. With a shared passion for running and travel, the goal is to run at least two marathons (abroad) every year when I’m back to form. 

“I spent 22 years on Active Duty Military, so I have been blessed to travel all over the world! I’ve lived in and visited close to 30 different countries. I can’t say that I have a favorite (country), because I have so many fantastic memories in each. I will say that my most memorable moment to date was finishing the Athens Marathon in the original Panathenaic Stadium. It was one of the toughest courses I’ve ever encountered, so finishing in the stadium where the first modern day Olympic Games were held was epic.” 

Marygail shares this about her PlanNet Marketing success: “While I still have a ways to go, consistency has really been the key to the success I’ve achieved thus far. CUSTOMER SUPPORT Q&A

Q: How do I know if my Rep autoship ($19.95) was declined?
A: When a Rep monthly autoship ($19.95) is declined, three things take place:

  1. You get an email from PlanNet stating that there was a problem processing your autoship.

  2. If you login to your Virtual Office, you will see a message across the top of your screen telling you the payment declined and the steps necessary to fix it.

  3. Our PlanNet Support Team will place an outbound call to you and let you know the payment declined, followed by an email if they are unable to reach you.

We cannot stress enough the importance of having up-to-date contact information on file so we can reach you if there is a problem.
