Clear and successful communication is a key for any successful businessperson, and a major component in the management of their business (…as in any relationship).
 
Communication is a two-way street. There is the communicator of the message, and then there is the recipient – both have a responsibility. The communicator should be aware of the need for timely, relevant, accurate, and concise communication, and the recipient’s responsibility is to receive, assimilate, and acknowledge that communication, and sometimes respond with action. We all are sometimes the communicator and sometimes the recipient.
 
In the role of a communicator, carefully evaluate what, when, how, and to whom your message is to be communicated – maintain efficiency in communication. As a recipient, be attentive and respond to emails, phone calls, text messages - read corporate publications (PlanNetNOW!) and stay on top of web-based information (Virtual Office) – be in the know.
 
Working together and communicating is a key to success for all of us at PlanNet Marketing!

MEET ONE-STAR DIRECTOR AMY URIBE!

The PlanNet’s newest One-Star Director, Amy Uribe, is from Galveston, TX and while living there only for the past five years, she calls the island home. She shares, “I am a mom to three amazing kids - Dakota, 19, Breanna, 18, and Alison, 15. I am very proud to say that my son is a third generation military member and soon-to-be dad. My daughter, Breanna, is currently in her senior year of high school, is a member of the 4 & Free Club, and is a Bronze Builder. Alison is a sophomore and on the varsity swim team.

She continues, “Having been a member of the Air Force, young mom, and single mom, challenges were always faced and never to be backed down from. As a child, my father was a serviceman in the Air Force and we travelled extensively throughout the US and Europe. Meeting new people and making friends has allowed me to help others feel at ease when talking and takes the fear out of newness.  When I joined PlanNet Marketing, I was diagnosed with colon cancer and this opportunity allowed me to work from home and build a steady income to help support us through the "worst" of times. I am thankful to say I have hit the 90 day mark of remission and LIVE each day 100%. 

I have built my organization 98% from social media. In a technological world, social media unlocks the doors. However it's not just posting and waiting. There's a science. And learning that science has allowed me and my team to grow quickly and effectively. We remember the cardinal rule to social media. BE SOCIAL. Build relationships and nurture them! 

If there is one thing I can tell others who have just joined or are working at building their business, it is to have the vision. Make the vision of your next promotion so intense you can literally feel it and live it. I believe that when we can see our dreams so clearly that we feel, hear, and live them, then they have already happened.

Get to meetings, call in, and go to Convention! What I learned in Atlanta changed my entire business! The knowledge, fellowship, and support was so amazing nothing can compare to it!

WELCOME TO THE 20/20 CLUB CHARLES KINDRED!

New 20/20 Club member Charles Kindred tells us that he was raised in Detroit, MI and currently resides in San Diego, CA (he grew tired of shoveling snow!). He and his wife of 32 years are the proud parents of two children, Cole and Charlii.

Charles enjoys photography, travel and all sports; primarily football and golf, saying, “I love being able to combine my love of travel and passion for photography. However, my best moments are spent chasing after my 18-month-old grandson, Clyde. I am a die-hard Stars Wars, Lord of the Rings, sci-fi type guy. Often, I will have family gatherings where we spend the day watching various sci-fi series/sequels. Family time matters and is important to me.

“I have had numerous travel experiences. My most memorable experience was my move from Detroit to San Diego by train. I had recently graduated high school and had no idea of what was truly outside of Detroit. Experiencing mountains, countryside, farmlands and large cities via an Amtrak window seat was exhilarating. From that point on, I was hooked on travel!”

When asked how he has achieved success in PlanNet Marketing, Charles states, “Wow, there are so many facets to this question! I guess it comes down to how you measure success. I would offer that most important is to be willing to ‘trade ego for equity.’ To do that you must be coachable. I am fortunate to have Ms. Eileen Ross as my sponsor and mentor. Her leadership and tough love have been both humbling and rewarding. I must also give credit to a great team of sideline partners and the support of my team. Without the trust and support of my team none of this would be possible.

“I had to learn to discard my corporate mindset and embrace the system/processes in place, which was hard to do. I guess 33 years in the public sector made for great thinking like an employee, but not so great in thinking like a business owner. Once you understand the differences and embrace the process, your growth/success will accelerate!”

Q: How do I know if my Rep autoship ($19.95) was declined?

A: When a Rep monthly autoship ($19.95) is declined, three things take place:

  1. You get an email from PlanNet stating that there was a problem processing your autoship.

  2. If you login to your Virtual Office, you will see a message across the top of your screen telling you the payment declined and the steps necessary to fix it.

  3. Our PlanNet Support Team will place an outbound call to you and let you know the payment declined, followed by an email if they are unable to reach you.

We cannot stress enough the importance of having up-to-date contact information on file so we can reach you if there is a problem.

Shrink Your Waistline, NOT YOUR TEAM!

It’s a New Year and many people are thinking about a “New You” as well – getting in shape, eating healthier, and exercising more are big topics of conversation every January. I think making healthy and attainable resolutions and goals for yourself is important. But make sure you’re making healthy and attainable goals for your PlanNet Business too!
 
The holidays are often filled with extra spending – on gifts, cards, travel, and lavish feasts. Those things all cost money and people are quick to look for ways to save a few bucks. 

Make sure your team members didn’t fall behind in their monthly Rep fees over the holidays or they could be setting themselves up to lose. Lose what? Commissions! Matrix Position! Team Members! OUCH. That’s a big loss.
 
At PlanNet Marketing, we reserve the right to cancel any Rep account that hasn’t actively paid a monthly fee in over 60 days. That means if a Rep on your team didn’t pay us in November and December, they’re set to be canceled in January. This is a PERMANENT cancellation and they will lose their position in the Matrix along with any current team members. If they want to re-enroll with PlanNet Marketing in the future, they’ll have to re-enroll in a brand new account.
 
Don’t let a little holiday “savings” decision affect your New Year goals and plans – reactivate TODAY and tell your team to do the same. It’s easy - you may:
 
1) Login to your Virtual Office and reactivate your monthly autoship.  Click “My Account” and choose “Manage Autoship(s).” Click “Activate” below “Status” and then click “Edit” beside the Autoship ID. Make sure all of your information is up to date and click “Proceed to Confirmation” at the bottom of the screen. Finally, make sure your info is correct, click the “Check this box ONLY” line to ensure you are added to the auto-monthly renewal list, and click “Confirm and Update Autoship” to reactivate. Your credit card will be charged the next business day.  For same day renewal processing – contact your Support team. 

2) Call PlanNet Support at 470-443-9330 to provide your payment information and permission to reactivate your monthly autoship of $19.95 monthly.

3)  Send PlanNet Support an email at Support@plannetmarketing.com requesting reactivation and providing any updated information necessary (Did your credit card expire? Need to list a new one?)

CONGRATULATIONS TO NEW ONE-STAR DIRECTORS CLAYTON AND KISHA MCGHIE

New One-Star Directors Clayton and Kisha McGhie share that “we are a victorious, adventurous duo made in Heaven. Clayton, born in the Caribbean, and Kisha, born in the United States, met in the spring of 1993 and were married in 2000. They are parents to son Roan and have countless Godchildren. Shortly after getting married the couple acknowledged the call of God and attended Bible Seminary in 2002.

In 2007 they established Honor and Glory International Ministries and are passionately devoted to Outreach and Global missions throughout the Caribbean and Central America. Their intent is to fervently share the message of "wholeness" in every area of one’s life including spiritual (salvation), physical (health and healing), and financial (debt cancellation and financial freedom). 

Clayton and Kisha presently reside in Grand Cayman Islands where the main locations of Honor and Glory International Ministries are located. They share that they have several hobbies in common, such as horseback riding, movies, and shooting pool from time to time. They are active travelers and like meeting new people, trying culturally authentic meals from different places, and they absolutely love ministering to people from every walk of life. The McGhies consider themselves privileged to travel throughout different countries such as Honduras, Bahamas, Belize, Jamaica, Mexico, and Cayman Islands to share God's "Freedom Plan" with His people. They never pass up an opportunity to pray for someone, encourage someone, and are diligent to serve in any capacity.

The McGhies recently learned about the wonderful opportunity of PlanNet Marketing while on a cruise ministering as special guest speakers in October, 2016. They quickly took action and consider PlanNet Marketing an answer to their prayers, saying it is a vehicle that can be used to assist people with achieving financial independence. New One-Star Directors and 20/20 Club Members Kaseen and Judy Faye Penn are natives of the Cayman Islands, but have been residing in Prosper, Texas for the past four years, adding that they are “bountifully blessed with eight adorable, athletic, intelligent and loving children and one happy, extremely energetic granddaughter.”

Kaseen and Judy Faye are recognized counselors, life coaches, entrepreneurs and philanthropists. They are also authors of the successful book “The New You,” which sold over 3,000 copies. They have received many heartfelt reviews from individuals about the transforming effects of this inspirational and motivational book. The Penns strongly believe that every person is uniquely placed on planet Earth to fully discover, achieve and maximize their full potential in every aspect of their lives. 

Kaseen and Judy Faye state, “We attribute our success in PlanNet Marketing first to our Heavenly Father and to our relentless, unremitting work ethic, which is vigorously being transferred to our strong base in the Cayman Islands. The couple are avid world travelers and are always willing to explore and visit new destinations. In May of this year they share that they were extremely fortunate to take a dream vacation, which included 11 exotic cities in Europe over a 21-day period, and in January they will be taking a 10-day travel agent FAM Trip to Israel and Petra.

PLANNET MARKETING’S NEWEST 20/20 CLUB MEMBER LARRY BROUSSARD

I am originally from the Third Ward in Houston, TX and currently reside in Spring, TX with my beautiful wife, Tangela, and our two daughters, Xavia and Denay. 

My most memorable travel experience would be the cruise my wife and I took to Cozumel and Progreso for our honeymoon. It was a first for both of us and PlanNet Marketing helped us get there. I never thought we would stand on top of a Mayan temple or fall asleep in a hammock on a private beach with white sand and water as blue as the sky. We've been to many places in the states but traveling across international waters is our new thing. 

As far as the success we're having at PlanNet Marketing, there are many different factors to that. The first would be great leadership. I have to give thanks to Mr. Phillip Rollins, my personal sponsor, for his leadership, guidance and encouragement. Next would be a great partner in success, my wife. Tangela has been a huge support and works very hard to meet the goals we have set. The biggest thing I would tell anyone is to be coachable. Our leaders are not always going to tell you what you want to hear. Constructive criticism is not a personal attack, it's only meant to make you better. Process the information being given, make adjustments and execute. 

Being a direct to the man who has been crowned the PS3 master, we use it a lot! It was PS3 that got us to this point. It works, use it. Stay plugged in and believe in yourself. Some will say yes, some will say no, some will talk about you, and some will laugh at you. Keep moving forward regardless of the outcome.
