1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I am a third-generation Arizona native. Joe and I have been happily married for 20 years; we have two beautiful teenage daughters, and I have a very active 90-year-old mother. We have always been an entrepreneur family. My grandfather and parents taught me to be my own boss. Travel has always been the highlight of our lives.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
I have been a PlanNet Marketing rep since November 2016. The leadership I have received has helped me be a more confident and stronger mentor for others.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
The next generation is always supposed to do better than the last generation and I want to be a role model for my children.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
My mother and my father. They taught me to be my own boss. My parents taught me the power of residual income.

5. The three words that describe you best are:
Integrity, motivated, and consistent.

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Even when the days are silent, keep the motion going; people are always watching you. Don't let the naysayers hold you back. Stay consistent and your dreams are reachable.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
I can't wait to give back to those who have supported us in our journey. I want to give to those who need a helping hand, and I want to make sure that I leave a legacy in stone where people can see our name.

“Although Disney is our favorite, I am happy anyplace warm, but Florida is our go-to. We have been to Disney multiple times, St. Augustine, St. Pete Beach and surrounding areas, as well as Las Vegas,  the Grand Canyon, and Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

The IDS can be found in various places on the PlanNet Marketing website and in our corporate presentation. It's also available for you to view and download in Resources in the Rep Virtual Office. If you want to send it to someone electronically, it can be found at https://www.plannetmarketing.com/en-us/Income-Disclosure. 

According to best practices, we should use this document ANY time we're talking about (or writing about) compensation earned with PlanNet Marketing. The IDS shows the facts about income earned at various levels of accomplishment with PlanNet Marketing. We don't expect our Reps to speak in depth on the IDS, simply present it when you're talking about earning any type or amount of compensation with PlanNet Marketing – and let the statement do the talking. If you post something on social media that discusses income, you should include a link to the IDS in the post.

We believe the IDS can be a strong marketing tool; it shows that while the "average" Rep in 2021 earned $44.54 for the whole year, a small amount of extra effort to become a Bronze Builder bumped that earning potential to an average of $844.34, Silver Builders averaged $2,653.53 and Gold Builders averaged $51,234.48! WOW! Numbers don't lie.
