MEET NEW 20/20 CLUB MEMBER PAMLA MITCHELL!
PlanNet Marketing welcomes Pamla Mitchell to the 20/20 Club! She is the owner of Agape Occasions Event Planning services in Texas and Georgia. She is a native of New Orleans currently residing in San Antonio, TX, and is the mother of “three wonderful children and two amazing grandchildren whom she adores.”
Pamla tells us, “I enjoy coaching both track and football in my spare time as I am a true competitor on all levels. I have only been with PlanNet Marketing for seven months and when I was initially introduced to the project, I was blown away. The PlanNet Pledge impacted me as I wanted to leave a legacy for my grandchildren to ensure that they had a substantial source of income in the event I was no longer here to support them.
“I attribute my success in the business to one word: COACHABILITY. It is true that you must humble yourself and know what you don't know. It didn't matter how successful I had been in past endeavours. I knew that if I was truly going to impact my life and the lives of those around me that I had to be willing to submit to the voice of the leadership in order to attain the type of growth that I was expecting.
“Achieving 20/20 is an honor. It has given me confidence knowing that I can do anything that I set my mind to. If I could give anyone advice it would be to know your "WHY.” You must be clear on why you are doing the business. Once you are clear on this, you will do whatever it takes to succeed. Continue to be passionate in all that you do and TRUST your leadership.
“I am truly grateful for Donald Bradley for his vision. Being partnered with PlanNet Marketing has truly given me a new lease on life. I am humbled to have the ability to be recognized. Last but not least, thanks to my wonderful Coaches, the Blairs, for taking me under their wings and teaching me everything that they know. I am truly learning what it means to be a servant leader, humbled, consistent, and competitive under their leadership.
WELCOME TO THE 20/20 CLUB LOUISE GATLAND
Welcome to the 20/20 Club, Louise Gatland! Louise is from Basingstoke, UK, is a massive Disney fan, enjoys family and friends time, and has taken part in bike rides for charity.
She shares, “I have always wanted to travel, but with three children it hasn't always been easy. We have been lucky enough to have been to Disney in Florida twice and we have been to Spain. Joining this business was a big decision for me and throughout it all I work on my self development daily. I will speak to anyone who will listen to me about our amazing opportunity. When you are passionate and believe in your business it is easy to share.
“I would love to say I have an amazing secret to share with you all about how I managed to get to 20/20 as quickly as I did, but honestly I am not sure! I just talk from the heart and if I have had fears or anxieties (which I did at the beginning), then I share them with my potentials. We have the most amazing opportunity and I want to share it with the world!
“I set goals, I plan how I will achieve them, and I work every day until I get them. The ring photo is my goal. One day I will earn these!”
WELCOME TO THE 20/20 CLUB, KIRSTIE MASTIN!
PlanNet Marketing welcomes Kirstie Mastin to the 20/20 Club! Kirstie tells us, “So let me start by answering who Kirstie Mastin is. I am a wife and a mother of two beautiful daughters who are my WHY and the reason why I started this business. I wanted them to see things and go places I didn’t have a chance to see.
“What I enjoy most about the opportunity is not only can I TRAVEL but I'm helping others SUCCEED. Travel is something the world is doing and for me I had the amazing opportunity to go to Disney World multiple times, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, several cruises and am currently planning a Disney Cruise for my daughter's seventh birthday.
“I credit my success to being coachable and following the plays that my leaders call! I truly understand what it means to follow the leader. My leaders are my inspiration. The second thing that has contributed to my success is the push-pull effect. I understand when I push my team to reach their next level, it also helps me reach mine. My motto is, "Service to many leads to greatness." I will continue to serve and help others achieve their goals!
“I truly believe everything is placed in our lives for a reason and I'm thankful that this business opportunity was placed in my life!”
WELCOME TO THE 20/20 CLUB, TAMARA NEAL!
Welcome to the 20/20 Club, Tamara Neal! Tamara resides in Atlanta,GA, is a wife and mother of five girls and has one granddaughter. Her interests are travel, event planning, and helping others in her community. She says that she has always enjoyed traveling - within the states, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, and has taken several cruises. This year she plans to travel more - her bucket list includes Punta Cana, Paris, Dubai or the Maldives.
Tamara relates, “When I started this business, I was not focused on the marketing side. I was focused just on the travel side because I wanted to be the one-stop shop for my brides and grooms, but it all changed a few months after my one-year anniversary. I started to copy the right cat and follow my up-line leadership. I have found that by using attraction marketing via social media has helped to capitalize on my success. I've learned that in order to be a leader that I also need to be a reader and this year I'm doing a lot of getting out of my own way and being uncomfortable by talking more to people. I'm stepping out on faith and letting go because I know something beautiful is trying to grow in its place. I know that this is my season and time to help others, plus inspire many people.
“Some fun facts about me are that I like fitness (competition) and swimming with dolphins, and I also collect Tweety Bird items. Most importantly, two projects I have are Purses & Bags of Love for the homeless and Project PROMise for the juniors and seniors at my high school who need assistance with prom.
COMPLIANCE CORNER
Teach Them to Fish!
My dad is a fisherman through and through, and as such, he taught me everything I know about fishing. I grew up learning to fish – he taught me to bait fish in a lake and to fly fish in a river. I can bait a hook and add weights to get just the right depth. I can tie a fly on my line while standing waist deep in a river in my waders. I know sometimes you need a little patience and sometimes you need the wisdom to just move on to the next spot.
I have a LOT of memories of fishing with my dad. One weekend while in the country visiting my grandma and grandpa, Dad decided to get up early to fish. At 18, fishing wasn’t really a priority for me but spending time with my daddy was – so I woke up far earlier than I’d liked, ate a bowl of cereal, and headed out onto the still slightly cold lake to see how our luck would fare. A few hours later it was downright warm out there, the sun beating down on us – but we had a stringer full of crappie and a bit of a contest going! When we finally packed it up and headed back to my grandparent’s house, we had 10-12 fish between us. It was a great morning! We made it back to the house just before lunch and my grandma was ready for us. She had oil in the deep fryer and breading in a bowl, sliced potatoes sitting by to fry up too. Over that fresh fish lunch that I helped catch, I felt a deep sense of personal satisfaction. I had helped provide this meal and it was DELICIOUS in so many ways.
The satisfaction I felt that day didn’t come easily. It wouldn’t have been possible had I not been through those years of preparation – learning the ins and outs of fishing along the way. I’m here to tell each of you – Directors, Gold Builders, Bronze Builders, every Rep – don’t hand your team some fish, TEACH them to fish.
Give your team the tools and knowledge to build their own skills, to learn how to run their business WITHOUT your constant supervision. This will free you up to help the next person while also allowing them to build and grow and develop their own sense of satisfaction at a job well done. Will it be easy? Probably not at first – there’s so much to learn! They have to figure out how to bait the hook, and how to gauge that perfect depth for an ITA sale. They have to learn how to tie a fly on when they’re waist deep in a meeting or event. They have to learn when to be patient with a prospect and when to just move on. There will be a learning curve; there’ll be some growing pains. But when they finally get the hang of it, when they finally get the knack – there will be no stopping them! You may even find yourself in a bit of a friendly competition! The sense of satisfaction you and your team will feel as you begin building a future together? PRICELESS.

LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT
PlanNet Marketing is pleased to continue this new feature in the PlanNetNow! Blog which will shine the PlanNet spotlight on your incredible company leaders. Directors will answer the same set of seven questions, offering advice, motivation, tips, and how they achieved success with PlanNet Marketing. It’s a focused insight into a leader’s mindset and path to success! This week’s featured leaders are Five-Star Director Shedrick White and Four-Star Director Orlanda Moore.
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born and raised in Columbus Ohio, the youngest of six siblings. My background is in party promotions and events; I also worked in the restaurant industry to support my entrepreneurial endeavors.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Self-development is a part of my daily routine. I have learned that PlanNet Marketing is simply a self-development program with a high compensation plan attached. I am on a daily journey
of self-development.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is seeing people winning and having access to the luxuries of life. I love being included.
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
I have so many people I respect and admire in different walks of life, but none more than my Pastor Dr. Creflo Dollar, Jr., who is truly a man of God. He has built a ministry from eight people to well over 30,000 with offices in over five continents. He preaches what he practices; he is such an alpha male - a role model of success and a man of integrity, character, honor, and humility.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Compassionate, Humble/Grateful, Consistent
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
Life is going to deal you good hands, bad hands, and average hands, but whatever hand you are dealt you must play. Make wise choices that will ultimately create a better future for you and your family. The key is not to prioritize what is on your schedule but to schedule your priorities. I would add, don't ask God to order your footsteps if you are not willing to move your feet. I would encourage someone to pray as though everything depended on God, but work as is if everything totally depended on you. Don't believe what you see, but work hard to see what you believe, and know that with GOD all things are possible to those who believe.
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
In five years I will have an even more Fabulous, Fantastic and Amazing Life!
As I imagine my life in the future, I envision my amazing team and me with the quality decision we made, coupled with our amazing work ethic, and let me tell you – we are going to work! We will help take this company, PlanNet Marketing, into serious momentum. Because of the team’s effort, we will make multiple seven-figures each and every month, and we will be ranked as one of the top earning network marketers in the world. We will help over seven families earn a million dollars or more annually and as a result of the team, I personally will have more money than I can possibly spend! Just the interest and dividends coming passively from the investments that I will have made are more and will pay my family for future generations. My tithe to my local church will be over a million dollars a month. We will live to give, and we give to live!
In five years, I will have met the woman of my dreams; she is not only my friend and my confidant but my business partner, and we will be on a collective mission to impact over one million lives worldwide. I will have the most amazing team of leaders who are all DEBT FREE; they will have built amazing teams and will be time free, so that they earn enough residual income that they can be financially free. We will take mission trips and give our time to charitable causes. We will be blessed with multiple homes in different parts of the world and they’ll be some of the most amazing estates on the PlanNet. We will be blessed with all the toys that our hearts desire and we will use these tools as instruments to impact and change more lives. We will have the things, but the things won't have us.
1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
I was born in Birmingham, AL. My family moved to Florida when I was an infant. I actually grew up in Century, FL and I currently reside in Huntsville, AL. I enjoy fishing, bowling, exercising, reading, traveling, and listening to different genres of music.
2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet Marketing, I've grown tremendously as a person, not just as a leader. Personal development is extremely important. Most people think that learning ends with school.
3. What drives you; what motivates you?
What drives me is my desire and determination to help others succeed here in PlanNet Marketing. EVERYTHING motivates me. EVERYTHING!!!
4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
Mr. Donald Bradley has honestly been my role model. The life he leads is real and genuine. The love he has for his family. The genuine concern he has for every single person in his organization, not just in their businesses, but in their lives. The charity he renders to others and organizations that aren't highly publicized. Mr. Bradley has truly modeled what it looks like to be a role model.
5. The three words that describe me best are:
Humble, Relentless, and Determined
6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
ALWAYS continue to learn and grow. Understand your worth. You are your greatest asset. #growleadgrow
7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now, my organization and I will be giving away more money in a month than most people earn in a year. Fulfilling our purpose! Philanthropy!
MEET NEW THREE-STAR DIRECTORS GREG & CARLA SCOTT!
Meet the PlanNet’s newest Three-Star Directors, Gregory and Carla Scott. Gregory is originally from Washington, DC, while Carla was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. They currently reside in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, which is right outside of Washington, DC.
Gregory enjoys physical fitness, playing golf, reading, traveling, and time with the family. He also has a heart of service when it comes to Christian ministry. He serves as an Associate Minister at his church, where he has been a leader in the Men's Ministry and served as the lead instructor for the church’s Ministers In Training Program.
Outside of traveling and creating the experience of a lifetime for her travel clients, Carla is active in her church, enjoys community service, shopping, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Gregory and Carla have enjoyed numerous travel experiences since they initially started in the industry. They have traveled throughout various states, Jamaica, Canada, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Mexico. The most enjoyable trip for them was to Punta Cana where they were treated like royalty at the Breathless Resort. Gregory is always going to make it a priority wherever they go to evaluate the golf course in the area to make sure that they meet the standards of their future clients!
Gregory and Carla stated that they have achieved Director success in PlanNet Marketing by staying plugged in to the system that is already in place and by remaining coachable at every level. They go on to say that “Some people may think that when they hit One-Star Directorship that they just need to continue to do the same thing on the journey to Two-Star, Three-Star, and beyond. The fact of the matter is the coaching required to get you to each level of Directorship requires a different formula. There are adjustments that must be made at every level of promotion in order to advance. There is a different level of focus that is needed to lead one's team, because it is paramount that you are continuing to push and pull your team to their next level of promotion.”
Gregory relatesthat personal development is extremely important! Reading is a major component that will add to your success. Books on personal development have helped him understand that the battle toward success in anything starts in the mind. He concludes that when you overcome that voice inside that tries to tell you that you can't do something, that is when you can truly head toward your destiny in life and in business.
One way that Gregory and Carla say that you can achieve success in this industry is making sure that you are investing in your team. This is about putting people before profit! It is a huge responsibility for them to lead a team of over 500 people that is fast approaching 1,000 team members! They never take for granted the lives and the investments that people have made with the hopes of having a successful business. They are humbled to be seasoned veterans of the industry who are given the task daily of helping to develop new business partners into future leaders of the company. Over the years in business, they have understood that life is going to happen to everyone. When people feel that you genuinely care about them during the challenging times of their lives, they will become committed to you as you help them fulfill their dreams.
Gregory and Carla Scott remain humble and committed servants along with all of the other top leaders in PlanNet Marketing who strive daily to create a true legacy company for generations to come.
