She tells us that she has achieved success at PlanNet Marketing because she believes “we have to use everything that is available to us to succeed.  My success comes from never giving up. My coaches told me to get to work and that's what I did.  I use social media and 'in person' meetings to capitalize on my success.”  

She continues, “Travel is my passion!!  My husband and I found LOVE in the travel industry 19 years ago. We both worked for an airline and it was love at "first flight."

Tonia Simple, new 20/20 Club member, tells us, “I am originally from South Carolina, now residing in Stafford, TX for the past two and a half years with my husband and youngest of three children ages 28, 25 and 7. Although I don’t look the part, I also have three beautiful grandchildren. I have a newfound love of travel since joining this company two years ago. I truly believe in being a product of the product. Last year, I went on four cruise vacations within eight months, and that was just the beginning!

“The success I have accomplished so far in this business is amazing. For the first 15 months I was only in the travel side of the business, until I soon found out how much money I was leaving on the table. The rest was history. The evidence is here, therefore I plan to get it. My upline leadership team saw the potential in me before I saw it in myself. I know this is my time and I am in my season. I plan to help as many people as I can to achieve their desired goals as well.

When To Listen To My Upline...

In a business where duplication is key and everyone is trying to be coachable – when should you listen to your upline and when should you branch out and find your own answers?!
 
It’s a tough question, but an important one!
 
Your sponsor and upline Reps are an invaluable source of information – they’ve been in this business longer than you have, they presumably know what they’re doing (they convinced you this was a worthwhile venture!) and they’re available and easy to reach. For some of you, your sponsor and/or upline Director is also making PlanNet Marketing headlines as a Top Income Earner, a 20/20 Club member (or 40/40, 60/60) and they might even be earning awards and accolades when you attend events.  
 
Let me be clear – I’m not saying to tell your sponsor to take a hike! I’m simply suggesting that “copying the right cat” can only go so far. At some point you, as a business owner, are going to have to sink your teeth in and go find some answers for yourself.

With technology all around us, you don’t have to go far to find answers. You have a wealth of information at your fingertips in your Virtual Office (VO) and in the PlanNet Marketing Corporate S-Team. If you have a question about your account – why you didn’t get charged, why you didn’t get paid, why you don’t see a new ITA sale in your VO – don’t ask your upline. You need to go dig that up yourself. Call or email the S-Team, or send a Support Ticket from your VO.

If you get an email from PlanNet Marketing Compliance, or you have a question about the rules of PlanNet Marketing – it might feel safe and easy to send your sponsor a text or private message your Director on social media – DON’T DO IT! Please send an email to Compliance@plannetmarketing.com or give us a call. Even better, download a copy of the PlanNet Marketing Policies and Procedures from the Information Center in your VO – it’s your business and you should know the rules first hand!
 
The people we do business with are huge resources, but they shouldn’t be our only resource. You can’t expect another person to take responsibility for your business. They have your best interest at heart, but they have their own business to manage. If in doubt – give us a shout! We’re always happy to hear from you.

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...
We both were born in New Orleans, LA. Married 24 years this upcoming June. We have five sons, one godson, one daughter and a grandson. Our hobbies include traveling, family time, reading, fine dining, and of course shopping! We've enjoyed much success in Real Estate. However, the greatest highlight has been the involvement and development of our partners in PlanNet Marketing.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?
Since joining PlanNet Marketing we've experienced growth beyond imagining. Until now, never have we witnessed the metamorphosis of greatness in so many at one time.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?
That growth is the impetus for our desire for PlanNet Marketing to become a legacy company.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?
We count Mr. & Mrs. Bradley as role models due to their undying commitment to marriage, family and community. They personify the excellence and achievement we strive to possess.

5. The three words that describe me best are:
We're very loyal, caring, passionate and devoted and some, if not all of these qualities we must exercise in this Space of Leadership. (LoL)

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?
We would advise you to pursue your dreams with all the vigor and emotion known to man. Why? "CHAMPIONS are willing to do what they hate in order to create what they love."

7. What does your life look like five years from now?
Five years from now our prayer is to experience the fulfillment of life without any limits. Simply put: teach what we've been taught, inspire by our lifestyle, motivate by our testimony, and empower by our giving. Thank you PlanNet Marketing for the opportunity to serve!!!

DIRECTOR KENNY GRAHAM:

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...


I was born in and raised in Laurinburg, NC with my parents Kenny Graham, Sr. and Mollietta Graham and my little sister Destiny. Married to Natalie Nicole Graham and we have four children. I played baseball for the Chicago White Sox and now with the Arizona D'Backs.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?


I have grown in PlanNet because of the knowledge I have about the business and the network marketing industry. My skills as a leader have grown tremendously and because of the leadership of Mr. Donald Bradley and Mr.Orlanda Moore, I'm excited to grow even more while still being a student.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?


My Princess Savannah who is my first born is what drives and motivates me because I want to be a hero to her and show her that whenever someone says no, God will always say yes. Also seeing my wife live out her dreams motivates me to be even more successful.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?


My parents are my role models because they've always taught me no matter where I go in life, never forget where I come from. My parents never allowed anything or anybody to justify who they are as individuals and showed me how to always be true to myself. Also, they've been married for 30+ years and I desire Natalie and I to have the same bond and covenant.

5. The three words that describe me best are:


Alpha, Confident, Humility

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?


"Don't cheat yourself - treat yourself."

7. What does your life look like five years from now?


Five years from now my family will be living in the house I've always dreamed of somewhere in Central Florida. I see myself still playing pro baseball and living out my dreams while continuing to help my wife live hers and being blessings to others the best way we can.

DIRECTOR NATALIE GRAHAM:

1. Where were you born and raised; current city; family; hobbies; past business highlights...


I was born and raised in Hartsville, SC where my grandparents had a farm raising hogs and chickens. I currently reside in Loganville, GA with my husband Kenny and our four children: J'Ron, 19, Morgan, 10, Madison, 6 and Savannah, 15 months. I used to work with animals. I was a veterinary technician, then pursued massage therapy, which I practiced for years until I got into the corporate field.

2. How have you grown or personally developed since joining PlanNet?


I've always loved PEOPLE and SERVING others. PlanNet Marketing has granted me access to my gift. I've always set trends in the past .I won Most Unique as my high school superlative. I've always dared to be different and PlanNet Marketing gave me the platform to be able to share that with others around the world.

3. What drives you; what motivates you?


There are many factors that motivate me. It depends on the day. I am naturally a self-driven individual but I've been motivated by these things before…fear of lack, seeing how many lives are being changed because of a decision I made on Nov. 5, 2015, hearing ‘I can't’ or that ‘it can't be done that way,’ the desire to prove naysayers wrong, the desire to leave my family a legacy…to name a few.

4. Who would you consider a role model and why?


A role model for me would be Jesus. I aspire to be more like Him. I have always loved the phrase “What would Jesus do?” I think if everyone actually asked themselves this simple question, they'd make better decisions. It's funny because when I was younger, I used to tell my dad (who died from cancer when I was the tender age of 11) that I wanted to be just like him! He said, “No baby...be BETTER than me.” I've always carried that and I know he'd be proud of the woman I've become today.

5. The three words that describe me best are:


Driven, Optimistic, Servant’s Heart

6. If you had some sound advice to give to anyone what would it be?


I would tell people that you can truly do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you. It's one thing to pray for something but you've got to get up and do the work.

7. What does your life look like five years from now?


Five years from now, I see so many families across the nation living the lives they have always dreamed of because of my obedience and taking a leap of faith. I see my entire family traveling together for long periods of time because we all have the time and financial freedom through this company. I see a lot of stars in five years! lol

New One-Star Director LaTeshia Campbell is from Tuscaloosa, AL and now resides in Nashville, TN. Her interests are traveling, reading, and fitness. She shares, “My success at PlanNet Marketing is due to staying focused and helping others. The moment I plugged in, that's when a light bulb went off. There was a burst of positive energy that went through and a huge shift was made. My tip to my business partners would be to get plugged in to calls and meetings. Focus on what's important. Make a plan and execute it.

“I achieved my success so quickly because I became my product. I sell travel. I started traveling. I used social media as my platform to advertise ME. I was already using social media before I joined PlanNet so it was super easy to incorporate it! I decided to use that as a tool to market. I pass out business cards like candy to everyone I meet. I would definitely say that 90% of my success has been from social media. Consistency is key!

“My travel experiences so far have been Costa Rica (my favorite), Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, and all over the United States. I have lots of trips lined up for the future!  And a fun fact: I love sparkly things.

Welcome to the 20/20 Club, Michelda Johnson! Michelda is a serial entrepreneur, author, philanthropist, strategist and innovator with over 20 years of business experience, community advocacy, and executive leadership. She has consistently and continually broken barriers personally and professionally. At the age of 30, and in the peak of her professional career as a senior level executive for a major organization, she decided to turn in her corporate hat and follow her entrepreneurial desires.

Michelda’s decision led to a prolific career where she provided human resources consulting, diversity and leadership training, and EEOC investigative services across the nation. She worked with many organizations conducting risk assessments and strategic analysis to develop short and long-term growth strategies and efficiency analysis. Her impressive clientele included many federal, state, and municipal government entities, Fortune 500 organizations, and international companies doing business in the States.

In her hometown of Huntsville, AL (Michelda currently resides in Columbia, MD), she opened the first Edible Arrangements store in the state of Alabama.  Edible Arrangements continually exceeded revenue goals, setting a standard for the state. For seven years she consistently experienced profitable margins to the bottom line until it was sold in 2014.

“Of whom much is given, much is required” (Luke 12:48) resonates more than any accolade with Michelda. It is this driving force that pushes her to passionately provide business coaching, mentorship, and tools to help entrepreneurs reach their next level of success. She is the Founder of WaterWalker, which has a mission of helping others find their purpose, discover untapped potential, and walk on the waters of success toward their dreams and goals. Michelda is known for her engaging commentaries, blogs, and videos, and frequently describes the importance of sharing her “good, bad, and ugly” in the business world. She is a passionate speaker who keeps her audience engaged, involved, and looking forward to their next!  

This same mandate propels Michelda to consistently give thousands of dollars in philanthropy to organizations across the nation to support their missions and goals. Since 2009, she has been pushed to share entrepreneurial and wealth-building techniques and use her knowledge and experience to push people to their destiny and purpose. With a motto of “bridging the gap between vision and execution,” Michelda provides countless hours coaching, mentoring, and counseling to small business owners and in many cases providing seed money as an angel investor into their dreams.  

The mandate continues as she raised $3.5 million to build a new 21st century library in her hometown that will provide economic development opportunities. It is this mandate that is the driving force of working with a Pastor in Nairobi, Kenya to provide funding and resources to open a grade school in the Korogocho Slum community. It is this mandate that established the WaterWalker Scholarship Fund, providing scholarship opportunities for high school students pursuing a degree in business. It is for this mandate that she hosts an annual “pitch” contest called BizTank, giving entrepreneurs an opportunity to pitch their business idea for a $1000 investment. It is for this mandate that she weekly comes into the homes of listeners via the Yes Lord Radio platform and shares entrepreneurial strategies in a show titled BizNation. 

Michelda ultimately has a passion for people and that passion has led her to continue to seek ways to improve her community, region, and nation. She is grateful for PlanNet Marketing and the entrepreneurial spirit of the organization. “PlanNet Marketing provides the vehicle for the message and the fuel to push individuals to pursue financial freedom and build a legacy. ONE IS ENOUGH!

Don’t be stingy now – you don’t need two Rep accounts. One is plenty!! One is all you need to change your financial future and one is all you are permitted.

Each Rep is only allowed one account in PlanNet Marketing. That means just one for you, your business, your alter-ego and your dog (ok, we’ll let your dog have his own account if he can pay for it)!  No seriously, make sure you pay attention to this. If we find more than ONE Rep account out there with your name on it – it could be your name and another person’s name, your name and a business name, or just your name – we’ll shut them both down.

We allow our Reps the opportunity to participate in a fantastic compensation plan and business opportunity, but you only get one account to do it. If you have members of your immediate household or family unit with separate accounts - this could include your spouse or dependent children living at your address - then make sure all family members are directly sponsored by the first family member to join. Example: Dad has an account enrolled under the sponsorship of your neighbor, Sam Brown. Mom and Junior can both have accounts as well, however as adults living at the same address as Dad, they need to be directly sponsored by Dad.
